Let's check in on NYC...
-Trash is piled 8 feet high and dirty snow piles have taken over
-18 people froze to death
-Mamdani defended and visited a man who tried stabbing a police officer with a knife
-His appointments are all either radical communists or literal terrorist supporters
-Antisemitic hate crime is up 182%
-Mamdani is complaining about a $12B deficit while promising everyone everything for free and driving revenue out of the city
-He's the first mayor in nearly 100 years to break the tradition of attending the archbishop's installation ceremony (1/3 of NYC residents are Catholic)
So it's going as expected.

I’d be very surprised if the governor gave anything more than vague noises of support. She’s a true politician. The voters who elected Mamdani are a brown spot on a very blue state. Very much the exception rather than the rule. Now, if the whole state was full of communists she’d don her Mao suit and start rounding up Republicans.
