Executive orders are supposed to be used to implement laws or inherent powers of the president. What justification is there for Trump to do this other than his desire? I would hate President Newscum using the same power grab to prohibit building in the 49 other states in 2029.

One of the prices of federalism and states' rights is the state's right to be stupid.

LA/Kalifornia Democrats are putting the burned out homeowners thru regulatory/permitting hell to force them to give up and sell the lots to some Dem approved middleman company to either:

1) make a few connected people rich by buying the properties at a depressed price and flipping them to approved end buyers
2) the city/state amassing all the burned out acreage to build a massive low-income housing development scam
3) both
