Minneapolis police chief Brian O'Hara has had to put up with a lot considering that most of his city leaders are completely CORRUPT. However, the mayor, Jacob Frey, might have taken the situation in Minneapolis one mental hurdle too far when he claimed the city residents wanted the police to FIGHT ICE. You can see O'Hara's reaction to that claim by the way his eyebrows JUMPED the moment those words left Frey's mouth. Don't be too surprised if a police chief resignation letter will soon follow Frey's rant.

I’ve seen him in several of these press conferences. I’ve noticed, in the most recent press conferences, He tends to look down, look away more and more often when an idiot mayor is speaking. I have no idea what’s going on in his head, but I have to believe part of him is saying what have I gotten myself into here. If I had to guess, he probably knows the mayor is a complete idiot and possibly looking for a way out if it continues without the mayor, finally coming to his senses. Time will tell.
I have another dumb question.
Isn’t it some kind of crime for anyone (Mayor or not) to call for attacks on law enforcement?
Insurrection Act must be invoked because this is proof it is necessary and justified.
One has to remember, police Chiefs are basically politicians. No matter how dedicated the men under him, He is a politician first and cop second. In many cases, those roles do not conflict. In blue cities, which is most if them, police chiefs are commonly unreliable.

He knew exactly what he was in for. In Newark he was credited in reducing Newark’s police violence and police involved shootings to zero.
He was brought in just after the George Floyd shooting to effect the same in Minneapolis and has been successful.
The police chief in any situation is sworn to uphold the law
This lame piece is about how exemplary and tough this guy is for making a funny face while the mayor of his city, his jurisdiction, is calling for a CONTINUATION of general retaliation against federal/US law enforcement.
Anyone knows their own boss. This excuse for a police chief knows this mayor and is not surprised at his position here

That is not going to happen. This police chief is right there with them. No local his city is a complete historic law enforcement disaster and with no apparent police assistance offered. He just approved a 20 WEEK leave of absence for his cops if they have an issue with doing their jobs enforcing the law

Is he willing to have his officers, and himself, stand-off in open combat with the feds? Because that’s what Frey and Walz are working toward. He has already received orders to not work with or protect ICE, so ICE needs to get sneaky and start using public buildings are services.
Also. We are all free to use the “ICE watch” apps the democrats created and report phony sightings of ICE.

They will not believe President Trump is serious until he throws a few of these officials into a federal prison and keeps them there for a long while.
