It was straight outta Dem Playbook 101: when trying to make the case for--or against--a law or regulation, don't argue the broad principle. Instead, highlight the most sympathetic individual case to play on the public's heartstrings and put pressure on Republicans.
On CNN This Morning, that ploy worked -- almost. But then MRC alum Rob Bluey, the president and executive director of the Daily Signal, intervened to dump some serious rain on the liberal parade.

I was disappointed to click on the link and see that it wasn’t about Bluey, the kids’ show. We could use some counterpoint to Ms. Rachel.
The U.S. military provides a process for non-citizens who want to serve the country, to proceed with naturalization. If this guy served honorably, and had no criminal record, with a little bit of work and perseverance, he could have become a citizen. The fact that he didn’t is on him, not the country. Most of these illegals that come here and stay here for 20 years, are nothing more than lazy f-ers who don’t want to have to deal with the paperwork, the waiting period, or familiarizing themselves with the history of this country in order to qualify for the naturalization process.
Americans need to start calling for the resignations of every damn murdering communist DemonRAT in the Party of Death. Resign or face the American people.
Is that the same clown they used to call Blue Balls?
That was my first thought!
CNN hates the truth - or their people are too stupid/lazy to read background on the talking points they're handed.
That’s what I thought of too.
Awe,
Sniffle,
I’m wiping my tears.
Not-
Law abiding and productive people that have an “argument” they can make for why they are here I personally won’t target for deportation. I would let ICE do a case by case look.
But anyone breaking the law (criminally) and found guilty, living off welfare, those that can’t make an argument for why they ended up in an illegal status (there are cases where folks slipped into this and it’s not entirely their fault), bye-bye.
But we’re screwed in a way. I think a lot of folks that should have been deported have become citizens, or have family that are citizens etc. Many, hundreds of thousands which should NOT be here are past the point where we can put them on a plane and fly them to Somalia, Yemen, Afghanistan, etc... The Trojan horse is already in our fortress.
The FBI should send a list to ICE.
The FBI maintains rosters of threats and anyone that’s here and illegal, screw that.
Stop wasting tax payers money to monitor these folks.
Pack them up and sent them on their way.
When I first read the headline I thought exactly the same thing!
