Albany authorities announced a “major break in the case” in connection to a 2024 homicide along the Mohawk Hudson Bike Trail in Menands. According to the Albany County District Attorney’s Office, Albino Zacarias-Garcia was charged with second-degree murder.

As an aside, there were some even on these pages 10-15 years who seriously argued that "illegals" were not actually illegals and should not be thought of as such.
