Wow! I don’t begrudge this woman having a checklist, but the items on that checklist, .... My word! I see women like her with their schoolmarm/hall monitor personalities, the hand gestures punctuating the sentences so precisely, it’s so exhausting just watching. I can’t imagine being a man and thinking, “Yeah, I’m sufficiently hard up. I’ll say yes to that.” Yikes! She’s dictating what he eat and drink and the time that he ingests/imbibes, what colors he may wear, how he may practise his religion, .... She’s 40 and wants their children to be his only children?!
I used to know a woman who was a USAF Chief Master Sergeant (E9). She was 44, still pretty, fit enough to run half marathons, 5'9", loved the outdoors, annoyingly good at whatever she did. She checked all my boxes (no, not that one). Sadly, we did not hit it off romantically.
at 20 I wanted a man taller than me, hair longer than me,and weigh more than me.
at 35: a man single, employed and Catholic (I would take 2 out of 3)
at 55: a man with teeth and hair.
at 65: a man with a pension.
Probably staged.

If this isn't a very good dry humor troll job she just pulled off, it should be. Honey....you weren't going to get that even if you were 20 and pretty attractive. At 40 you'd be incredibly lucky to find any decent man. You can get as pissed at me saying that as you like but I can just point to the numbers. Its true.
Of course not. Its so laughably unrealistic its got to be a joke....a parody of all these relatively undesirable women who think they can demand and get a freaking movie star for a husband.
Obviously any man who actually fit those criteria is going to go for and get a young supermodel for a wife not some plain looking 40 year old.
