I have been trying to visit the website keepandbeararms.com. It has been available for years. I was able to obtain an image of the site which showed today's date, but I cannot actually connect with the website itself.
One resource, isitdownrightnow.com told me it had been down for more than a week, but I remember seeing it last week.
My suspicion is some browsers can see it and others cannot.
Please report if you can bring it up or not.

Can see it now. Chrome on an android phone
I can see it though it looks like the web from 1993.
Probably my browser or maybe some blockage or malware.
I tried it with Edge. The connection times out/wouldn’t come up.
I can’t see it either . . . until I turn my VPN off.
You should be able to trust isitdownrightnow.com
I couldn’t get the site on Firefox or Comodo Dragon.
I have firefox. I wonder if that is the problem.
Same thing happened with imgur.com last week.
My suspicion is they want to identify the users of VPNs and when you turn it off they've got you.
I have the Sgt Schultz browser.
I see nothing.
I get “secure site not available” when selecting a link from the home page.
I stop there.
Very robust connection.
I’ve had it open for 15 minutes…
Not sure why it would time out.
It is an unencrypted connection, but it comes up with the following:
Your browser may be trying to upgrade to https, and it can’t, so it may block you.
Can’t get to it on my phone or Microsoft edge or Firefox. Can’t get to a couple other sites on Firefox either. Can get to FreeRepublic obviously.
