The Hidden Plan and the Power of Symbols — How the Elite’s Vision Meets the People’s Resistance

For decades, a vision has quietly shaped much of the Western world’s political landscape — a vision crafted and advanced by an elite group of powerful individuals. These men, often embedded within influential institutions and organizations promoting bold agendas to end poverty, combat climate change, and build a “better” future, are not villains in secret bunkers but public figures united by shared beliefs. They believe sincerely that they are guiding humanity toward a necessary transformation, one that demands sacrifice and a reordering of society.

This vision, rooted in ideologies stretching back to early 20th-century socialism and communism, has evolved into a complex plan to reshape nations — not by forceful overthrow but by controlling the narrative, influencing leadership, and molding societies through institutions, education, and policy. Leaders in the UK, Europe, Canada, and Australia, though not conspirators in a strict sense, often share this worldview, instilled through networks, schools, and global organizations. Their commitment to these ideas sometimes leads them to govern in ways that appear against their own peoples’ immediate interests, creating a growing disconnect.

Yet this vision has sparked resistance. As governments tighten speech controls, censor dissent, and promote a unified narrative, many ordinary citizens feel increasingly trapped — like frogs in warming water, aware too late of the rising heat. Traditional speech and protest are often met with silence, suppression, or punishment, pushing people to find new ways to express their disagreement.

Here, symbolism emerges as a crucial tool. When words are restricted, symbols — especially national flags — speak loudly. They are powerful because they transcend language and censorship, offering a visible assertion of identity, belonging, and defiance. Unlike speeches or written words, flags fluttering in public spaces cannot be silenced as easily.

Recent events across Europe illustrate this vividly. In the UK, tens of thousands have marched bearing the Union Jack and St George’s Cross in anti-immigration protests. These flags, once rare outside government buildings, now blanket streets, roundabouts, and lampposts as part of grassroots movements like Operation Raise the Colours. Governments respond with warnings that these flags risk being tools of division or hate, but these attempts often amplify the symbols’ power instead.

The story of the young Scottish girl who defended her sister from attackers, becoming a symbol herself, echoes this dynamic. Facts and narratives may be contested, but the symbol — the girl with her knife and axe standing for courage and defiance — resonates beyond words, fueling broader sentiments.

The use of national flags as symbols of protest is not without risks. Authorities often cite safety, legal permissions, or property rights to remove flags or dissuade displays. The meaning of the symbol is hotly debated: patriotism for some, hate or exclusion for others. Yet, the widespread display of flags makes suppression difficult and often politically costly.

For citizens seeking safe, effective dissent in times of censorship, symbolic protest offers a viable path. Hanging a flag from one’s home, painting it on a roundabout, or joining a mass march with national colors can communicate powerful messages without violating speech laws. Such actions build solidarity, normalize dissent, and create visual conversations impossible to ignore.

In this way, the plan of the elite — to reshape the world through leadership, ideology, and control — meets the natural human impulse to resist and assert identity. While the elites shape the narrative, symbols become the language of the people. Flags and icons embody shared histories and grievances, becoming a form of speech when speech is constrained.

The tension between these forces suggests that history is not preordained. The outcome depends on how this silent dialogue unfolds: whether the symbols of the people will inspire reform or escalate conflict, and whether the elite vision will adapt or be challenged.

Ultimately, the story of our time is one of hidden plans and visible symbols — of power wielded behind closed doors and power asserted in public squares. And in that balance lies the fate of democracy, freedom, and the future itself.

I just thought I would comment on the recent rise in patriotism in the UK and in parts of Europe. The National Flag is being used as the only means of protest allowed and even that the government is trying to control.

Let them make their plans. There is a power much greater than them...

1 Why do the nations rage and the peoples plot in vain?
2 The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the Lord and against his Anointed, saying,
3 “Let us burst their bonds apar and cast away their cords from us.”
4 He who sits in the heavens laughs; the Lord holds them in derision.
5 Then he will speak to them in his wrath, and terrify them in his fury, saying,
6 “As for me, I have set my King on Zion, my holy hill.”
7 I will tell of the decree: The Lord said to me, “You are my Son; today I have begotten you.
8 Ask of me, and I will make the nations your heritage, and the ends of the earth your possession.
9 You shall break them with a rod of iron and dash them in pieces like a potter's vessel.”
10 Now therefore, O kings, be wise; be warned, O rulers of the earth.
11 Serve the Lord with fear, and rejoice with trembling.
12 Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and you perish in the way, for his wrath is quickly kindled. Blessed are all who take refuge in him.

” The meaning of the symbol is hotly debated: patriotism for some, hate or exclusion for others. Yet, the widespread display of flags makes suppression difficult and often politically costly.”

You sort of hint at this, but I’ll add the following observation: The authorities reasoning for suppressing flags will actually shift with time, place & circumstance. That shows that the supression itself is an arbitrary display of power on their part and therefore invalid.

The UK, Canada, Australia and Germany are deep warnings that we all should be paying attention to and doing something now to nip the elites agenda in the bud. What we observing is the destruction of national identity. Very scary stuff.

Banning the flag, national or regional (Union Jack/ St. Geo).

Is the ultimate free speech repression.

I don’t recall who first said it. “If you can’t fly your flag in your country you’re occupied.”
