Years ago I noticed how Hollywood uses blond hair, the white male bad guy, whether a drama with the evil white guy, or a sitcom with the stupid white guy, was unusually frequently cast as very white, ie blond, they also do that in commercials and ads with the blond female and the black husband or boyfriend, blond is unusually frequently chosen for that as well.
