Synopsis: ICE was raiding a HOME DEPOT in Monrovia. Carlos Roberto Montoya, 52, ran toward the 210 Freeway, where an SUV struck him at between 50 and 60 miles per hour.
ICE said he wasn't a target of the raid and they only learned of his death hours after the raid.
Democratic California Rep. Judy Chu blames Trump.
Montoya has been in the country three years.
So, had the borders been properly policed, Montoya would still be alive, in Guatemala. So stuff it, CHU.

When we were children they taught us to stop, look, and listen for traffic before crossing the street. Someone wasn’t paying attention.

“The Consulate General of Guatemala in Los Angeles deeply regrets this sad event and is currently in contact with the family, providing the necessary assistance,” the consulate said in a statement to KABC-TV. Nice of the consulate to help out the SUV owners. Not sure insurance covers this accident. I'm sure the family is traumatized and will need counseling too.

If he’d just complied, he’d be alive today. Instead, he chose to flee and f*ck up someone else’s life.

My collision insurance covers running into loose animals.
I think this guy qualifies as a loose running animal.
a Human being would have hid and waited for a safe break in traffic.
