Synopsis: ICE was raiding a HOME DEPOT in Monrovia. Carlos Roberto Montoya, 52, ran toward the 210 Freeway, where an SUV struck him at between 50 and 60 miles per hour.
ICE said he wasn't a target of the raid and they only learned of his death hours after the raid.
Democratic California Rep. Judy Chu blames Trump.
Montoya has been in the country three years.
So, had the borders been properly policed, Montoya would still be alive, in Guatemala. So stuff it, CHU.

The way this was written I was expecting to hear the SUV had been arrested.

If he’d just complied, he’d be alive today. Instead, he chose to flee and f*ck up someone else’s life.

Watch the left go crazy over this story and disregard the family of 3 killed in the minivan by the illegal truck driver……

If this happened to an illegal in mexico they would have just buried the person in the desert somewhere.

This illegal alien dying is also a result of California policy. How about enforce our immigration laws and help the federal government to clear these people out?
To: Enterprise
A far better outcome and much cheaper.

That poor driver having to live through and with that.
I’m sure he did not have any choice. When someone runs out onto a busy highway, you neither have time to react nor an opportunity to changes lanes without causing an accident, which would not have ended well for the illegal either. But could have caused more loss of life.
Prayers up for this poor driver.
