During a recent episode of The Benny Show, host Benny Johnson and guest Mike Benz discussed allegations that former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and former CIA Director John Brennan engaged in a criminal conspiracy to defraud the American public and intelligence community.
Johnson opened the discussion by referencing a recent post from Benz.
“You have a post up saying Hillary Clinton is absolutely guilty of a criminal conspiracy to defraud the American taxpayers and intel community and so on. How would that prosecution go? Is that like too much of a pipe dream to even dream to like even dream about. Dare a boy dream Mike?” Johnson asked.
Benz responded, “I’m dreaming right now. I think, I think that Trump was merciful and and naive and innocent when he first became president in 2017 after saying that Hillary Clinton would be in jail, and then Hillary Clinton campaigned on putting Trump in jail. They nearly did. They shot him in the face. They hit him with 91 felonies, 1000 years in prison if Trump didn’t win the election, and now you know they’re dead to rights here, Hillary Clinton clearly approved this plan to falsify information in order to portray Donald Trump as being backed by Russia, and they conspired with the head of the Central Intelligence Agency, the head of the FBI, potentially the president, the former president, United States himself.”
Benz went on to say, “I don’t think you’re going to have riots in the streets if John Brennan and Hillary Clinton are arrested. I think the Hillary Clinton is, is not exactly a beloved figure on the left. I think that you could, I could see there being a tremendous amount of civil disturbance if Barack Obama is indicted, even though he looks guilty as well.”
He continued, “I think the that having Hillary Clinton and John Brennan indicted for this, you know, as and simply alleged the conspiracy that that they falsified information to conducted fraud, to falsify intelligence in order to run this, this Gambit, and then their only defense is that they really believe their own BS. I mean, that’s the only defense that they would have. You have an agreement and an affirmative acting furtherance, so you have the two necessary legal components in order to bring the indictment.”
According to Benz, “Their only defense is that, well, we really believe that Russia, it wasn’t. We didn’t know it to be even though it was false, we didn’t know it to be false at the time. And I think that’s belied by several things we have, the the circumstantial evidence around, around intent from these emails, and the classified annex, the emails and John, John Brent’s handwritten notes, but they didn’t this was the magic behind the Trump prosecution. They never had a intent for Trump to commit crimes, but they charged him anyway they can. This Justice Department has, if that’s rule of law, then has to be brought against Hillary Clinton and John Brennan too.”
Benz’s comments centered on the argument that the same prosecutorial standards applied to President Trump should also be applied to Clinton and Brennan, given the evidence he says exists in their case.

On one hand, everyone knows Hillary is corrupt as hell and deserves to be in prison, but on the other, she’s probably also the hardest to get a conviction on, due to her status as a former First Lady and the latitude provided by her former position as SoS. The higher they are, the more butt-coverage they have.
It would take something really massive to get her to flip but she could easily put all the other higher-ups straight under the bus which might be the best compromise we could hope for.
One way to do that would be to go hard after the Clinton Foundation, especially Chelsea, who ran it. The one person who Hillary might sell out in order to save is Webb and her kid.

They and others will be exposed for their treachery but most of the cabal members will suddenly experience serious health conditions that “prevent them from defending themselves”. Hillary will put those thick glasses back on, start having fainting spells, and claim some kind of progressive (pun intended) ailment. Whatever it takes to distract from her crimes and engender sympathy.
Oh for sure. Evading accountability will virtually ensure that happens when Dems get back in control. It will be retribution and suppression on a scale that is unprecedented. If we think the government was weaponized before we ain’t seen nothing yet.

Perhaps we’ll be seeing some “died from medical complications” in the near future instead of “(insert name here) committed suicide”.

I doubt HRC’s altruism extends to her kids. She will make a cold calculation of what is best for HRC and only HRC.

There will be no 6 am swat raids with guns pointed at their family members as happened to republican trump supporters. No perp-walks, no handcuffs no prison time. Not one minute spent in jail. We’ll just impotently whine and encourage each other to “just be patient”.
