Federal authorities in Southern California have charged two workers at the Ontario Advanced Surgical Center accused of interfering with ICE agents trying to arrest an illegal alien on July 8 who fled into the medical facility. One worker was arrested Friday morning, the other is being sought according to a report by Fox News reporter Bill Melugin.

THE FACTS:
ICE officers conducted a targeted enforcement operation to arrest two illegal aliens. Officers in clearly marked ICE bullet proof vests approached the illegal alien targets as they exited a vehicle.
One of the illegal aliens, Denis Guillen-Solis who is from Honduras, fled on foot to evade law enforcement. He ended up near the Ontario Advanced Surgical Center where hospital staff assaulted law enforcement and drug the officer and illegal alien into the facility.
Then, the staff attempted to obstruct the arrest by locking the door, blocking law enforcement vehicles from moving, and even called the cops claiming there was a “kidnapping.”

Per federal law enforcement sources, the two SoCal medical workers seen in a viral video physically blocking an ICE agent from arresting a Honduran illegal alien who had fled into their surgery center in Ontario, CA have both been charged federally & the male was arrested earlier this morning. The female remains at large and is wanted by federal authorities.
I’m told JOSE DE JESUS ORTEGA and DANIELLE NADINE DAVILA have both been charged with violations of 18 USC 111 (assaulting, resisting, or impeding federal agents). Both have a criminal arrest warrant signed off on by a federal judge.
I’m told ORTEGA was arrested by Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) agents this morning, while DAVILA is wanted and federal authorities are actively looking for her now.

“This story is another example of a false narrative peddled by irresponsible members of the media in furtherance of a political agenda to delegitimize federal agents. The illegal alien arrested inside the medical center was not a patient and was not in any way affiliated with that location. He ran inside for cover and these medical workers attempted to block his apprehension by assaulting our agents. To be very clear, it doesn’t matter who you are or where you work, if you assault our agents or otherwise interfere with our operations, you will be arrested and charged with a federal crime.”
all these protestors attacking federal officers need to start being sentenced to HARD TIME in FEDERAL prison to deter others.
Arrest and charges are not enough, we need to start seeing SENTENCING
They’re there to assist paying patients with surgery. They are simply not getting paid to fool around with anything that has nothing to do with them at. Especially illegal activities. Especially acting against the country
Why didn’t they move to a differ country that suits their ideas of law?
Because that does not exist
I have a solution for this. The perp would never do it again and those watching his/her punishment would be so shocked that they would decide it wasn’t worth it.

A good 10 years of hard time
The annoying episode of Law and Order “Folk Hero” was rerun last night. Based on Luigi they had young people communicating by social media to put on the same jacket and hood as the killer who shot a health insurance executive in cold blood. Then young witnesses refused to cooperate. The perp was supposedly saving lives in the future of people the executive’s company would have “killed” by exclusion policies. Ending was cut off without telling the juries’ verdict.

A cop out.
But real life people are interfering and refusing to cooperate as we see every day.
They are guilty.
The prisons can always use some extra medical professionals.
Quasimodo had an excuse these dumb asses don’t.
Lets lock them up so deep they will need to pipe them sun shine.
