Tulsi Gabbard Says One Person Added ‘Critical Pieces’ To Unraveling Russiagate Hoax
Daily Caller ^ | July 23, 2025 | Hailey Gomez

Director of National Intelligence (DNI) Tulsi Gabbard said Wednesday on Fox News’ “Jesse Watters Primetime” that she couldn’t have gotten past the “deep state obstacles” to release files exposing the Russiagate hoax without a whistleblower coming forward to provide “critical pieces” to the story.

On Friday, Gabbard released newly declassified documents regarding allegations that President Donald Trump’s first campaign colluded with Russia to sway the 2016 election in his favor. While discussing the files with Fox’s Jesse Watters, the host asked Gabbard how she found evidence showing former President Barack Obama and his national security team “manufactured and politicized intelligence” in the Russia hoax.

“This was obviously important to President Trump, but, again, is an issue of importance to every single American in this country and the future of our country as a republic. So shortly after coming into this position as Director of National Intelligence, I formed a special team to investigate this issue. I’ve got to tell you, it wasn’t easy,” Gabbard said. “There were a lot of deep state obstacles that exist still within the intelligence community.”

“But, ultimately, we had a whistleblower who came forward that brought some critical pieces to this story, and we were able to discover these documents and find these documents that really pointed to President Obama directing his national security leaders in James Clapper and John Brennan to manufacture this January 2017 intelligence community assessment,” Gabbard added. “The investigation that I led at ODNI [Office of the Director of National Intelligence] that we released last week, Friday, provided a lot of those foundational building blocks and proof for what we know happened.”

During the Russiagate push in 2016, the infamous Steele dossier was eventually used as a roadmap for the investigation. While a handful of intelligence officials at the time backed the allegations, the probe ultimately failed to find any evidence proving collusion.

With questions still lingering about the continued push of the Russia hoax, Gabbard released a memo stating the agency found that Obama’s DNI James Clapper and the Department of Homeland Security withheld an FBI and NSA press release issued just weeks before the 2016 election, which said they had “low confidence” in Russia’s role in the data leaks.

Additionally, the memo said that deep state intelligence officials began leaking “blatantly false intelligence to The Washington Post” following the 2016 election.

Gabbard went on to say that the new files released Wednesday by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, taken from the January 2017 House Intelligence Committee Oversight Majority Staff report, dissect the assessment that Obama had “manufactured with fake intelligence in order to achieve knowingly using false intelligence in order to get to the conclusion that he wanted to promote to the American people that Putin had acted in favor of President Trump winning that election in 2016.”

“The report we released today, line by line, goes through it, dissecting and debunking the knowing falsehoods and lies that were included in that assessment with the specific intent to undermine the legitimacy of President Trump, to subvert the will of the American people who had just voted to elect Donald Trump in 2016, and to, in essence, launch this years-long coup against President Trump that lasted throughout the four years of his administration back in 2016,” Gabbard said.

While Obama’s spokesperson on Tuesday said that Trump’s White House was asserting “outrageous” allegations, Gabbard said she will refer the former president to the Department of Justice for criminal charges.

Another thought that comes to mind is that these people never expected Trump to win. They expected that they would be able to steal the election. Brennan and Clapper had breached the FL voter registration database before the 2012 election, where it was floated ahead-of-time that it would only take a few precincts in key swing states to affect the outcome of the entire Presidential election. Meaning that votes could be manipulated. And indeed, Obama did win that election in spite of the Benghazi debacle.

So why didn’t they win in 2016? A theory that I suspect is true is that they relied on Dominion’s use of the Smartmatic software that flips votes and/or otherwise manipulates the ballot tabulation in key precincts - using the voter registration database to find out who doesn’t usually vote and creating votes for them out of thin air and/or setting any R votes to count as .8 of a vote and all D votes to count as 1.2 votes. Or however the Smartmatic software did it in Venezuela when Maduro was determined to be the winner even though the printed precinct tabulations that were gathered showed an insurmountable landslide win by his opposition. Such blatant fraud that even Antony Blinken didn’t recognize the Maduro regime as legitimate. And the Smartmatic software that allowed that blatant fraud is the same software used in Dominion, as they acquired that software in the various buyouts and mergers of election systems.

But something happened that stopped that fraud in 2016 - I suspect some blocking of the internet manipulations needed to steal the election. That was hinted at by Q and would explain why Trump has said that they caught them all and have it all.

In 2020 they knew they couldn’t trust that the same thing wouldn’t happen again. So they released the Fauci-developed Chinese bioweapon to justify ballot drop boxes (against the laws of the state legislatures which are actually required to be followed for the electoral votes to qualify as electoral votes). In this way they could have paper ballots to match the tabulation manipulation so that if audits were demanded the tabulation would seem to be confirmed. And the tabulation manipulations were probably moved to the machines themselves or somehow made impervious to whatever internet/remote blocking had been used to protect the 2016 election. China happily supplied the pre-completed 2020 ballots to be delivered to where they were needed, and both AG Bill Barr and FBI Director Chris Wray refused to investigate after receiving the intel that China had done this and hearing an eyewitness tell of transporting the ballots.

So they learned from 2016 that they had to revise their election-stealing methods. That may be why the 2020 election was able to be stolen via 10 million extra “votes” that had never been seen before or since. I think it was in the runup to the 2020 election that Biden publicly boasted that the dems had developed the most advanced election-theft process ever. Perhaps he said that because their theft system had been hardened to withstand any blocking moves that had been used in 2016.

Or it could be that the 2020 election was sacrificed for the chance to catch the election stealing red-handed with documentation of it, so that the prosecutions we’re seeing now could cover the entire 16-year coup planned by these Deep State saboteurs. We ridicule “the Krakken” but it could be that it hasn’t been the right time to come out with the proof of the 16-year coup until now. Mike Lindell certainly believed that he had proof of the election theft, and Trump’s statements suggest that he believes it as well.

I’ve read about a whistleblower who investigated the Smartmatic connection to Dominion Voting System. He claimed that whitehats in the government had people collecting evidence and gave it to a trusted US Attorney’s office for safekeeping and (IIRC) that the election subversion in the US and other countries was engineered by China, with the hub of data being in one of the European countries. If I could remember the name of the guy I’d give a link for that.

This is all speculation. If there is proof I expect that it will come out. I do believe that there is reason to hope that this will happen. Trump could have been bluffing when he said they had it all and had caught them all. But I hope and suspect that he wasn’t just bluffing.

It seemed as if they started the process of exposing “The Krakken” and then backtracked after realizing the country wasn’t ready for it yet. The treatment of Tina Peters after she gave Mike Lindell’s Symposium the Dominion records that Dominion, Jena Griswold, and other corruptocrats in CO deleted against records retention laws showed that the whitehats were still overpowered by blackhats and the public was not awake enough yet - especially after the slander campaign regarding J6, and the number of “normies” - including “conservatives” - who seemed to have bought the lie hook, line, and sinker.

A lot has changed since 2020, and larger swathes of the country are willing to look at evidence of corruption, probably because of the onslaught of just plain anti-American scandals (including the legal persecution of Trump which was blatant) the Deep State did under cover of their brain-dead puppet Biden - in full view of the American public - and the influence of large-audience podcasters who are willing to call a spade a spade. The Deep State handlers pushed their coup too hard before the public was demoralized enough to be unable to see the blatant lying being done to them. I think they believed the J6 lies had broken the truth-tellers and inoculated the general public from being willing to listen to the truth. The general public had largely, after all, allowed the government to mandate experimental injections without consent and had not even rebelled against the official narrative when some called for the deaths of anybody who questioned the lawfulness of breaking the Nuremburg prohibitions. It seemed like the American general public was willing to accept a Hitler.

But the lawfare against Trump and the sabotage of any semblance of border protection were too blatant for the public to ignore.

So anyway, I think they kept records partly because Trump’s win in 2016 was so unexpected they didn’t have time to get rid of all the evidence - because they expected right up to election night that their theft of the election would be successful.

The whistleblower is Alan Berntsen. The report I read is at https://jellyfish.news/breaking-former-cia-officer-unveils-election-manipulation-involving-foreign-regimes/ .

I see there’s a link in that article to a video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nbPiuhIpHL8 I haven’t looked at that yet but will.

He traces the ownership of Smartmatic software and the Venezuelan government’s role (with substantiation) at https://stolenelectionsfacts.com/ .

I haven’t looked at all of this, like I said, but it’s definitely food for thought. I did look to see that even Wikipedia confirms his work with the CIA and in the military. For some strange reason (cough) it doesn’t link to the current work he is doing or link to the above site.

That’s been known for years!

The decrepit anachronistic system that part of OPM operates is no secret. The secret is no one has wanted to modernize it. Why? Because that system employs far more people then a more modernized system. Their local congresscritter doesn’t want that changed! He/she doesn’t want to be blamed for putting people out of work.

Those kind of things are impossible for Elon to understand. Politics doesn’t optimize organizations for efficiency. The incentive is the opposite.

Not at all. It leans horribly left, but even the leftists agree that this whistleblower is indeed the CIA guy that he claims to be. Either they don’t know to screw up the information to try to discredit him in this whistleblowing, or his personal history is just too public knowledge for them to even deny it.

Admissions against interest are the strongest form of witness evidence.

Completely incorrect\false Wikipedia entries are kept that way by those who authored it and support the narrative. The number of “those” can be many such as in “global warming” or it can be as few as one. This is why Wikipedia is not in any way a definitive source!

You’re missing my point. It’s about admissions against interest. The only reason to even look at Wikipedia is for the links used as sourc eis so you can track down conflicting claims. I noted in my post, iirc that even Wikipedia says the guy was Cia, and the reason to say “even wikipedia” is because they would be most likely to claim he wasn’t with the Cia in an effort to discredit him for these whistle-blower claims.

Are you saying that this whistle-blower was not with the CIA, or what?

Allan Berntsen isn’t Gary Berntsen was! The wrong name mislead me.

Still in general use Wikipedia with great skepticism!

Example: My daughter once had an undergraduate classics class on Euripides. The prof talked about all the different interpretation of a certain passage. To demonstrate this and to demonstrate the dangers of using Wikipedia as a source. He had the class write up a couple of interpretations of the text and send one into Wikipedia on that subject. Almost immediately it was “corrected” with a different interpretation so they sent in another again very quickly “corrected” with a differing interpretation. You could watch this almost in real time. His point for anything subject to “opinion” such as historical\literary\religious interpretation and anything “political” Wikipedia was highly fluid not reliable. He said it’s more reliable on hard sciences but even that’s debatable considering how the “school solution” on Global Warming is guarded by its chorus.

Yes, I know Wikipedia pushes political narratives. Good for the college prof showing the students so they saw it with their own eyes!

So are you saying that Alan Berntsen wasn’t with the CIA?

Don’t know about Alan. There is a Gary Berntsen who was. Wrote a book on the Bin Ladin hunt.

https://www.amazon.com/s?k=jawbreaker+gary+berntsen&adgrpid=1340305412607737&hvadid=83769186192533&hvbmt=bb&hvdev=c&hvlocphy=93124&hvnetw=o&hvqmt=b&hvtargid=kwd-83769551723464%3Aloc-190&hydadcr=9364_10448520&mcid=3dbd6110711139e98741bba2a7174ff5&msclkid=927839f1219c1de2020c5172e1293e95&tag=mh0b-20&ref=pd_sl_opfqqemez_b

If there’s someone going around claiming to be CIA named Alan Berntsen. he’s likely to be a fraud!

Two angles on other sources than "only whistleblowers" after black ops records might destroy their records:

As seen with FBI Director Patel's recent hidden burn bag discoveries, those particular burn bags were apparently sequestered from destruction, to be rediscovered only after many years, even though those employees who were by policy required to dispose of sensitive documents into such a burn bag could in good conscience represent that they did carry out their portion of the destruction policy required of them.

Because reports on black ops activities are typically required of not only all participants, but also all those persons and devices that would have been monitoring mission activities, there are very often multiple records that might be able to be found, even though an operator's record might have been destroyed, as policy and/or a higher-up might require. PDJT "has it all" in part because military intelligence will have monitored everything under the sun, as best possible, to include the activities of all three-letter agencies and in all media possible.

Onto the topic of your post #36: It's been oft spoken and written about regarding the Butler rally how God was working in the minute detail of PDJT's head turn to the right at precisely the right moment to avoid the worst potential of that first bullet. Rightly so, but to pick up on the larger, brutish aspect of Satan's wielding of a Goliath-like tool, the windage calculation of an MK-ULTRA-graduate was found to be lacking compared to that of a truly seasoned professional. (Note the front-to-rear (right-to-left, WNW-to-ESE) deflection of the US flag flying above PDJT's head). A successful calculation apparently confounded the shots of this programmed trigger puller as wind took the first order deflections some three or more inches to the left.

Just as a Goliath-over-David victory has been absent from the record for millennia, I believe God was equally working--effortlessly--to keep veteran New York Times photographer Doug Mills (uniquely and coincidentally on-site that day) from capturing PDJT's exploding head and brain matter from ever becoming part of history.

I hope the “all” that they have goes back at least to 2007. And I hope they expose the coup at least that far back.
