More likely that HI registrar refused to go along with what he knew was fraud and so he added LATE and ALTERED stamps to the fabricated long-form after he showed the certified copy to Fuddy but before he put it in the sealed envelope to give to Judith Corley. When Bob Bauer opened the envelope he found out he had a paper document he couldn’t use. They had to create a fake one overnight, which h is why it was botched so bDly.

There is a reason law enforcement event kept ,Ulloa from getting with Onaka. And when Fuddy issued the letter of verification for AZ Fuddy had to use her official large seal with a star separating upper and lower banks of words around the perimeter because Onaka refused to certify it with his seal and signature. The result was a document that wasn’t certified because Fuddy’s seal can only certify documents if her signature is closeby.

The only real question is: which nationality supercedes the other?

The founders, after quick consultation, expressly made that question irrelevant when selecting the nation's Commander-in-Chief.

They reminded themselves that they had just concluded a bloody and very expensive war with a nation full of their relatives, and there was a need to keep themselves separate.

the alleged Papa was a British subject and thus could not confer USA citizenship on a child.

Terminology is important too.
Native born is NOT a constitutional term.
Natural Born Citizen, the constitutional standard, is not the same thing.

All that, plus the absence of a legitimate American birth certificate, the existence of an apparently legit Kenyan birth certificate, plus his family in Kenya repeated stating he was born there..........

plus Pelousy faking the qualification filing for his supposed “eligibility”

plus his use of a stolen SS Number

plus his admission to USA college as a “foreign student”

plus his “administratively lost” draft file (which probably never existed in the first place)

plus nobody knew him at his college

take any one of the above and dismiss or somehow disprove all the rest and he’s still very problematical

but “native born” is NOT the constitutional standard. He could have been born on Abe Lincoln’s lap at the National Monument in WashedUpDC and still be ineligible for POTUS.

One almost guaranteed coverup will be the Martin Luther King case. Bondi specifically mentioned that she was reviewing the files on that case.

Imho there is a 90%+ likelihood that the FBI did the dirty. That is the view of the King family btw.

The HDOH has three times in official transactions confirmed that there is no valid HI birth certificate for Obama by issuing letters of verification that had mismatched signature and seal so that they were not legally certified while tricking everybody into thinking they were.

Actually, this is more about our Congress than anyone else. They failed to authenticate Obama’s eligibility to hold the office of President as required of them in the Twentieth Amendment, Section 3. They were ALL complicit in allowing an 8 year usurpation of the Presidency.

Either way, I don't see how a law passed by Congress can change the Constitution's requirements for President. Only an amendment process can do that.

And that, Sir or Madam, is the bottom line. If the issue reaches the USSC, as I hope it does, we will quickly find out the shape of the nation.

Under the birthright citizen laws in effect when Obama was born his mother was not old enough to pass along her U.S. Citizenship to Obama since Obama’s father was a foreign national.

and........His father was a British Subject from Kenya. By US treaty, that made Obama British at birth.

I was about to add the same thing. Recall, the "certificate" was released and made public on a Whitehouse website. I remember downloading the .pdf file that was allegedly a scan of the original BC. My computer was running slow that day and I saw at least 2 layers appear in sequence each with fragmentary information that merged together in the final document.

With that, it was obviously pieced together, i.e., cannot be trusted.
