UPDATE: The man in the video is Trevor Smith. Along with being charged with battery and resisting arrest, he is also being charged with driving under the influence.
He is still in jail, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office.

I thought he walked like he was drunk. When that cop pushed him, I knew he was either drunk or on some kind of drugs that inhibited his equilibrium.

Per his LinkedIn this clown has been ‘employed at 13 locations in 20 yrs. Same level of role 20 yrs ago as now. Averages 1.5 yrs each job for life. LOSER!

One of the criteria psychiatrists use about criminal suspects is whether the person can hold a job successfully for a long period.
No plea bargaining. Trial. Convictions. Maximum sentence for each conviction to be served sequentially.
