I thought he walked like he was drunk. When that cop pushed him, I knew he was either drunk or on some kind of drugs that inhibited his equilibrium.

Lucky the sob didn’t break his leg or worse when he went over that curb. If he had the taxpayers would have paid through the nose.

Some people just have no brains. Drink and drive, block traffic, pick fights, mouthy. Really stupid.
