Attorney General Pam Bondi is in hot water today after the Epstein list that was "on her desk" a few months ago somehow went missing. Before you start attacking Bondi though, consider these seven totally reasonable explanations for what might have happened:
1. Bondi threw it away because she saw the list included every single person living in Hollywood and D.C. and realized there must be some mistake: Obviously.
2. Bondi meant she had Epstein's Spotify list: It was a simple misunderstanding.
3. She really had the list, but her dog ate it, and she was going to try to piece it back together, but then some Haitians ate the dog: Happens all the time.
4. She actually meant she had the list of clients for Marvin Epstein, a dentist from Brooklyn: It all makes sense.
5. Bondi was carrying the Epstein list when she accidentally bumped into a super cute guy who it turns out is a young Santa Claus and somehow the lists got switched in a romantic "Christmas List Swap": Coming to the Hallmark Channel soon!
6. The Epstein list is really just a metaphor for the trauma in each person's past: So powerful.
7. Bondi is actually still going to release the Epstein list, but she's going to have some influencers shoot the pedophiles' names out of t-shirt cannons and the cannons are on backorder: Hooray!
See, it all adds up. Don't be so hard on Pam.
Bondi was on the list?
When you become an object of ridicule on SNL, you wear that as a badge of honor.
When you become an object of ridicule on the Babylon Bee, you have officially became a joke.
Dog ate it...C’mon man!
This was an unforced error. I am afraid we will witness number two with these latest pronouncements of prosecuting Comey and Brennan....of course right after the Epstein client list is released....
What she thought was a list was just a pile democrat Gibberish ,LOL
8. Some people are never satisfied and will complain no matter what happens. ORANGE MAN BAD
The truth is the people on that list are very powerful with the ability to kill you and your family, friends and pets. They can and would destroy your reputation. They own the media and the courts. You cannot win against such people. And those people are Democrats, Republicans, Independents and in every walk of life. They are the bad guys, the Blacklist folk.
Where is Raymond Reddington when you need him?
Depends on the meaning of the word “its”
“The truth is the people on that list are very powerful with the ability to kill you and your family, friends and pets. “
Absolutely. Epstein was killed in a prison cell FGS.
Why is Bondi the target of ire?
She, Patel, Bongino were all gung-ho on telling us how everything would be revealed.
with the sudden change in policy, one can infer they were told to step-away from the Epstein case.
Now Musk says that releasing the Epstein Files will be a priority for his new America Party.
That’s correct - this is not Bondi cover-up - it’s Team Trump, which means President Trump wants it dropped for now.
He has earned my trust, so I’ll assume his motives are pure and wait for an explanation.
I agree that the buck stops with Trump. He must have his reasons. I am reminded of how previous Presidents have started wars/conflicts to remove attention from their peccadillos. In today’s world, people with this power, money and reach might think a war could be a great distraction. If that were threatened, well ..... Give some thought to a major U.S. city being attacked, a bomb going off in a fragile region of the world, and too many people on the list to know who to go after with your own compromised resources.
8. It was Emily’s list so she turned it over to the Federal Election Commission
(somebody gets this, right?)
Lol.
Wonder why nobody came forward about Epstein’s list.
Can’t be any security issues huh Moe.
It was a rollodex, therefore, not a list.
No, no, names were written in a series of small books. But, also not a list.
This is sleazy lawyer crappola. And, I suspect that unsigned memo that suddenly appeared on the DOJ website claiming there is not a list was sabotage from still another TWOT that the DEI hire refuses to purge from the DOJ.
This will ruin the credbility of both Kash and Bongino — which is what makes me suspect it was sabotage.
Any man who needed sex 3 times a day had to be carrying a great load of tension. I think he could not stand the thought of being in prison without that need satisfied, so killed himself.
Bondi can renounce that two page Department of Justice memo any time she wants.
So far...crickets....
