Some obsessions are harmful. Think Captain Ahab and his OBSESSION with a certain White Whale. However, other obsessions can be very positive. And in the case of Portugal, they can be congratulated for their OBSESSION with fresh squeezed orange juice. And don't just tell them that the orange juice is fresh squeezed, they have to VERIFY it with their own eyes.

The machine squeezes the oranges by the cup. If your glass is only partially full, it will drop orange slices into the squeezer to fill up the rest of your cup. So basically the machine squeezes the juice directly from the oranges and into your cup.

The Seville oranges are not sweet.
I saw no sign of citrus canker or greening.

We plan on going to Spain next year. Fun Fact: Spain ranks #2 in the world for high speed train rail.

Not a problem in Portugal. All the OJ I drank there was sweet and tasty.
