Will they attack it? Who knows, this just keeps getting worse. Maybe Trump can stop the madness.

The goal needs to be the elimination of the Islamic Republic of Iran with as little damage as possible to the Persian people.

Tehran would likely respond with “retaliation in layers”: deniable proxy attacks, cyber-attacks, and maritime harassment.
What? They would never do any of these things! It's not like there's any historic evidence of such behavior. Iran has never harassed our ships (even recently), or used any other proxy groups to attack our interests or those of any of its neighbors. They haven't ever built and used IEDs to kill and maim U.S. service members, and they've never even taken any Americans hostage before. Lunacy.

Iran’s leaders will be retiring.
They have a choice between doing so above or below ground.

These kinds of speculative concern articles are neglect the fact that Iran has been throwing everything it has against Israel since October 7 and it is running out of weapons and proxy warriors.
At this point, short of an undisclosed nuclear, radio logical or bio weapon, what exactly does Iran have left to attack Israel or the US?
If Iran were able to produce a nuclear weapon, Fordow would be one of the only places left to do it so it seems logical that if we wish to prevent a seriously retaliation, putting this site out of commission would the smart thing to do.

Trump is the first president in my lifetime who is genuinely anti-war.
If anyone can minimize the damage, it’s him.

This sounds like “PLEASE don’t destroy Iran’s nuclear capabilities. They need those to threaten Israel”.

No need to attack it or it would already have happened.

I think Trump is carefully weighing the use of the bunker buster from the B2. There is no certainty that it will do the job. If it fails, Iran has no reason to continue negotiations with Fordow as a bargaining chip. Wiping off the oil assets of Iran would certainly hurt them. China buys lots of Iranian oil. Russia would benefit by having new customers for oil that Iran can no longer supply. Lots of details to determine the best course of action.

Why is it all of the breathless doom postings are coming from our usual Russian supporters?
You need to quit with the negative waves. Think of something righteous. LOL

There are 12 nuclear sites, not just Fordow.

Hilarious... the article warns that Iran could ...

Same as the last 20 years, in other words.
How’s that working out for the hamass, hezbolah, Houthi and IRGC commanders so far?

Land troops, dig a deep well, plenty deep. Fill with mining explosive, detonate on the way out.
Do it right. A10’s will protect, and drones, and carriers. Go slow. Take selfies. Leave a flag.
