Nothing they have done to disrupt President Trump and his MAGA agenda has worked. Even the hundred-plus judges rulings are starting to fall by the wayside. The autopen story has crept back into the news

A pro-energy group is renewing its call for an investigation into over half a dozen Biden administration executive actions related to climate that it believes should be deemed null and void due to them being signed by an autopen without any public comment from former President Joe Biden confirming his knowledge of them.

Power the Future, a nonprofit organization that advocates for American energy jobs, reviewed eight Biden executive orders that it says were significant shifts in domestic energy policy and said it found no evidence of the president speaking about any of them publicly, raising concerns that the orders were signed by autopen and that he was not aware of them.

Executive orders reviewed by Power the Future include an Arctic drilling ban in 2023, a 2021 executive order committing the federal government to net-zero emissions by 2050.

"These are not obscure bureaucratic memos; these were foundational shifts in American energy policy, yet not once did Joe Biden speak about them publicly."

There's a lot of questions that need answering. Who gave the authority for staffers to take those documents and put it in the Autopen and press "Power" to sign Joe Bidens name? Many official documents were signed when Biden was nowhere near the White House.

Remember, Joe Biden spent nearly 40% of his presidency in Delaware on vacation and away from the White House. Joe Biden wasn't even in Washington (DC) when many of his executive orders and pardons were signed. Dazed And Confused Democrats

Now, media luminaries have started doing the old Sgt. Schultz routine -- they didn't know anything -- they were fooled too and like Jake Blues are wailing "it wasn't my fault" and pointing fingers at anything that moved.

The irony of the news media blaming the Democratic Party for hiding Joe Biden's physical and cognitive decline lies in the complex interplay between media responsibility and political accountability. The press, as an American institution, is tasked with scrutinizing those in power. It is its job.

Our news media can be seen as complicit because of their failure to report signs of Biden’s decline earlier. "Journalists" saw what we saw -- actually more, because many of them had close access -- but they chose to ignore what they saw. They chose not to pursue or publicize Joe's deterioration. They played "The Emperor's New Clothes" game.

Whether this was due to due to personal bias, or reluctance to speculate on Biden's health without firm proof, or just plain fear, the overwhelming majority of the news media did what they did. On Tuesday, Judge Susan Illston, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, extended her prior temporary restraining order (TRO) halting Trump's executive order directing mass "reductions in force" across twenty federal agencies. The initial TRO was issued on May 9, 2025, and the preliminary injunction extends this pause on implementation.

Illston's TRO blocking the reorganization of the executive branch is currently under appeal. The administration has sought emergency relief from the Supreme Court to overturn the TRO, but the Supreme Court is waiting for the result of the appeal.

This injunction bars twenty-two federal agencies from issuing new reduction-in-force (RIF) notices, finalizing existing ones, or implementing reorganizations tied to the executive order or guidance from the Department of Government Efficiency (DoGE), the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), and the Office of Personnel Management (OPM).

The judge's argument is that Congress should be involved, clearly ignoring the separation of powers. This TRO will be knocked down.

On Wednesday, U.S. District Judge Indira Talwani of Massachusetts, blocked President Trump’s mass cancellation of the Biden-era parole program that had ushered in hundreds of thousands of migrants from Afghanistan, Latin America and Ukraine. The judge has ordered the Trump administration to resume processing applications from those migrants who are seeking work permits or renewing their status.

On Thursday, the U.S. Supreme Court, in a 7-2 ruling, overruled Talwani’s order, lifting the stay and allowing the Trump administration to proceed with terminating the parole status of approximately 532,000 migrants from Afghanistan, Latin America and Ukraine. Dazed And Confused Democrats

Naturally, Justices Jackson and Sotomayor dissented, but the decision was a victory for the administration’s deportation agenda, with the Justice Department arguing that Talwani’s ruling improperly interfered with executive discretion over immigration and foreign policy.

U.S. District Judge Rudolph Contreras, appointed by former President Barack Obama, issued preliminary injunction blocking tariffs against two companies. This is the second court ruling blocking Trump tariffs following the judges' 3-0 ruling on the New York-based U.S. Court of International Trade on Wednesday night.

The US Appeals Court almost immediately overruled the Democrat activist judges that stopped Trump's tariff plans.

Early on, Trump made the decision to let these cases play out in the courts rather that exercise his executive authority. He' saving that for something very special.

Congress may finally be taking some action, but you know Congress. Last Monday, House Republicans created of a judicial task force that will investigate "rogue, activist judges," those judges who have recently ruled against Trump in more than 100 series of legal cases, but we've all seen enough congressional investigations to know nothing ever comes from them.

On other judicial matters, over 130 retired judges filed a legal brief demanding that Judge Hannah Dugan's charges be dropped, after she was caught aiding and abetting an illegal alien. They say she has "absolute immunity for her official acts." This letter will have little effect and is really just an exercise in frustration. Harvard

At the center of the clash is Harvard’s response to a 2022 Supreme Court ruling that struck down affirmative action in college admissions. The High Court ordered schools like Harvard and the University of North Carolina to stop giving preference in admissions, hiring, and promotion based on race or gender. It was a violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

Hanson pointed to other long-standing issues: undisclosed foreign money, often from countries like Communist China and Qatar, and campus practices that seem increasingly radical.

“There have been, in the past, graduations and dorms that have a racial basis—almost a segregation element to them.”

In the meantime, Trump has frozen $2.2 billion in grants to Harvard University and is preparing to cancel all federal contracts with Harvard. Trump has also been talking about rerouting grants marked for Harvard to trade schools instead and is directing federal agencies to NOT consider Harvard for any future grants.

The cherry on top was when an official for the National Institutes of Health (NIH) sent a letter to Harvard University President Alan Garber on Tuesday, notifying him of the cancellation of all National Institute for Health funding for research. The Democrats' plan to "attract young men"

You probably saw some talk about Democrats spending $20 million on a study to figure out how to speak to "young American men." The Democrats saw millions of young American males walk away from the Party in last November's election.

"Speaking with American Men: A Strategic Plan" is a $20 million project crafted by Democrats to "study the syntax, language and content that gains attention and visibility in these spaces" of male voters, the Times reported Sunday.

Known as "SAM," the study will specifically examine young male voters and how the party can connect with the demographic and the Democrats, being basically nuts, chose Olivia Julianna, a well-known Democrat influencer, a twenty-two-tear-old plus-size, disabled, Mexican-American lesbian to attract young men to the Democratic Party.

The initiative seeks to understand and counter the Right’s success in engaging men, particularly through online platforms, and proposes solutions like expanded child tax credits, homebuyer incentives, and workforce training.

According to the latest poll on the issue, A Marquette University poll on May 15, 2025, 66% of Americans support deporting Illegal Aliens.

There has been little change in views of deporting “immigrants who are living in the United States illegally,” which, in a half sample of respondents, is favored by 66% and opposed by 34%. From February 2024 through May 2025, in eight of nine national Marquette Law Poll surveys, 60% or more have favored such deportations, with one poll finding support at 55%.

So the democrats now say ICE should not be arresting people. None of this would be happening if ICE didn't come in an arrest them. That's their gambit for relevancy.

You can actually add a 5th, which is the split over whether Rutabaga was a rutabaga or whether DemoKKKrats were stupid (I.e., were they liars or incompetent).

SINCE NOVEMBER RS HAVE GAINED NET 1.05 MILLION ADDITIONAL REGISTRATIONS. RS HAVE GAINED IN EVERY SINGLE STATE WHERE THEY KEEP PARTISAN RECORDS.

That means Trump’s Nov. pop vote margin would now be nearly 3 million and over 50%. In NONE of the trends are Ds gaining. The illegal criminal invaders are their last hope of even hanging onto states like Kollyfornia.

Rememberthe laughable Harris campaign ad that was to attract male voters featuring bizarre characters depicting what the leftists thought real men were like? The Democrat Party is totally out of touch with real Americans and this $20 million campaign led by a leftist woman won’t get them in touching anyone.
