The Trump DOJ on Tuesday asked the US Supreme Court to intervene in and pause a lower court’s order to ground a plane that transported several dangerous aliens to South Sudan.
“The invasion of illegal aliens must end, and the conduct of our nation’s foreign policy cannot be directed by a single federal court judge,” US Attorney General Pam Bondi said.
“DOJ has asked the Supreme Court to intervene to stop this insanity so that President Trump can continue to deport the worst of the worst illegal aliens,” Bondi said.
US District Judge Brian Murphy, a Biden appointee on Monday denied a Trump DOJ motion for reconsideration related to the criminal aliens deported to South Sudan.
The Boston-based judge blamed the Trump Administration for the chaos he caused with his court order grounding the plane.

Absolutely. If all of this doesn’t stop, it may very well provoke a civil war. People VOTED for this and blocking it is invalidating their votes snd causing people to completely lose trust in government.
Maybe we all ought to file a class action lawsuit against SCOTUS for not doing their job and instead sitting on their thumbs while Americans are being raped and murdered.
Trump’s heeling to the SC is nauseating. Lower courts have no authority over the Executive and neither does the SC on matters of state and national security. Get some balls.
The USSC told Brandon he couldn’t forgive student loans. His administration did so anyway.
The jurisdiction ends at the water's edge. This is national security and foreign policy - 100% the purview of the Executive and 0% the Judiciary.

The reason given for the request should simply be the district court judge does not make foreign policy or enforce immigration laws. The constitutional powers granted to Trump or any president must be front and center, otherwise district judges will continue to overstep. Making it clear that this ruling violates the Constitution is essential.
Just use a different plane. Maybe that one from Qatar.
It isn’t the Court’s job to stop a co equal branch of government from doing its constitutionally mandated job: enforcing the laws.
Sorry, but if you’re not sending an illegal back to their country of origin, they are entitled to a lengthier due process.

Suspend Habeas Corpus with regards to any and all illegal aliens.
The fact that Trump capitulated to this hack tells us is unwilling to ignore a Judges ruling no matter how outrages it is. This rat ordered the plane down on the other side of the world endangering ICE personnel and Trump did it. Not winning not winning at all.
Roberts needs to be impeached.

That’s not how Habeas Corpus works, unless you want Trump to suspend Habeas Corpus nationwide.
This could all be quickly handled by giving each deportee a short immigration hearing. That’s all the due process they’re entitled to in our laws, and that’s the reason underlying all the stuff about planes and people deported without the minimum amount of legal protection.
Shouldn’t Bondi be involved with this?
Weren’t they already given a final deportation order?
