A federal judge on Friday turned a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) into a preliminary injunction blocking the Trump Administration’s effort to overhaul and reorganize 20 agencies in the Executive Branch.
In February, President Trump implemented an executive order to completely overhaul the Executive Branch through the work of DOGE.
US District Judge Susan Illston, a Clinton appointee, said in order for President Trump to make such large-scale overhauls, he needs approval from Congress.
Judge Illston blocked any reduction-in-force (RIF) notices to workers in 20 federal agencies.

Congress needs to restrain its budgetary language to what they want done for what they’ll pay and leave it to the Executive to arrange the government to do that. They are not in charge of designing the Executive Branch.
Why even have a President? Looks like judges can just usurp all the power for themselves and wield it without repercussions or accountability.

I now have a livid, irrevocable hatred of Federal Judges who keep blocking Trump’s cleanup of the Federal government. THEY will be responsible in history for the horrible things that will happen to the United States if their rulings are not overcome.
Why even have a Supreme Court. They condone bad behavior by doing nothing. No one should hold any position of power unless they have run a business or studied accounting and economics.
We basically dont have a country anymore, just have the far left judges make decisions for the country, dont need a President..this is what the left was banking on when they put in hundreds of new judges before Biden left office, this way all they have to do is go judge shopping and the rest is history

This was entirely predictable. It was easy to foresee that these out-of-control judges were going to continually increase their own power. The USSC let the genie out of the bottle.
