Federal hiring has been a jobs program for blacks, women and other minorities for decades. The more prestigious the agency and the higher paid and more secure the job, the more effort was made to hire DEI candidates over more qualified and capable white men. It was an article of faith that by doing so, performance would be improved,and the mantra that “Diverse teams perform better!” was cited and revered as holy writ. The exact opposite was and is true. Federal bureaucratic dysfunction and organizational ineptitude are endemic and DEI is why. But the main reason for the DEI push was to open well paid federal jobs to minority workers who otherwise could not competitively earn them.

The passage actually says, '"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.'
This refers to God-given rights with which all of us are endowed. All men being created equal in this regard does not mean that they are all equal in every way.

“Disparate impact” is just a code phrase that really means “quotas for this week’s favored minority over evil whites (and especially white males).”
The simple fact is that an objective standard, applied equally to every single applicant for a job or admission to a school, is just that: objective. The entire reason for standards is that not everybody can be accepted for the position in question, and the employer or school has to find a way to determine the best qualified candidate(s) for that position. People fail to meet standards all the time, and that should be a clarion call to them to try harder the next time around. Get in better shape or get smarter or both, as the case may be. In other words, work hard harder so that you actually deserve the position for which you are applying. It should not be the subject of a lawsuit or to get some kind of special treatment codified, both of which are simply a means of discriminating in favor of particular minorities that are favored at that moment in time, and against everyone else. The entire basis of the civil rights movement was that every single person should be treated equally in the eyes of the law to every other person, not that there should be special carve outs for minorities who suffered in the past.
Some radical Obama or Biden judge to place a restraining order on Trump for this action in 3…2…1….

I agree with you that big city school systems are soaking up seemingly limitless amounts of money while producing illiterates.
But it’s not just a Yankee problem. Houston and Dallas schools are completely worthless and suck up all the money in the state thanks to Robin Hood.
With the amount of money that is sucked from Midland County alone and shipped to these cesspools, we could hire every single student in Midland County their own teacher.

Of course not. The strategy is simple: first you convince all of the non-white people to hate white people and blame them for everything, then you fill all of the institutions with these same non-white people using affirmative action and other DEI policies. The natural result will be oppression of the white population, or at least the willingness to engage in oppressive policies against the majority white population if requested.
If you want to foment a hostile takeover of a country, this is a great tool.

DEI hiring in the IRS is probably a great thing for this country. If only we could every lazy, incompetent loser there.
I'm not sure you've thought this through. Remember those masses of weapons and ammo that the IRS bought during the Obama regime? The byzantine IRS code already gives these guys an excuse to make everyone in the country a criminal. When the agents come to "enforce" this code, imagine trying to explain to some lazy, hostile, low-IQ person why his/her/its calculations are incorrect.

If you're claiming "disparate impact", it's probably because you are measuring the wrong metric to explain the disparity. A simple example would be the percentage of medical doctors in the population. If you insist that the percentage should be equal to the percentage of a specific racial group, you will find a disparity. If you measure by the IQ necessary to complete all the training, the numbers match much better. A similar disparity appears in successful full marathon runners. The Kenyans routinely outperform everyone else.
Removing the disingenuous use of "disparate impact" is an important step toward restoring merit over the stupidity that has reigned for many years.

It’s nothing new. Back in 1995, a Hispanic friend of mine went to the SBA to get a loan to start a new business. When I asked him how it went he said it didn’t. When I asked him why, he pointed to his arm and said “not quite dark enough”. The office was run by all blacks. And they didn’t like Hispanics. This racist bias by gov goons has been ongoing for decades.

Trump should issue an EO mandating that all job applications, school applications, and pretty much every application stops asking applicants for their race, sex, age, or religion as well as anything that would divulge such information, such as a photo. Since these are not supposed to be to affect outcomes then they should not even be required.How does that help Daquan?
