President Trump just made one of the biggest moves yet to destroy the left’s most powerful weapon—and hardly anyone is talking about it. It didn’t even make a blip on the media’s radar.
With one blistering executive order, Trump took a sledgehammer to the very foundation of the DEI movement. That’s right—47 just gutted the so-called “legal theory” that’s been used for decades to punish businesses, control hiring, and force unfair racial quotas under the phony guise of “civil rights.” This was the left’s top-secret weapon—and it was called “disparate impact”—and until now, it’s been holding America back from greatness.
But let’s back up for a minute.
As Revolver has been pointing out for years—through every lens imaginable—DEI isn’t about fairness or progress. It’s a political weapon. Beneath its feel-good label, it’s anti-American and anti-white racism. DEI doesn’t reward excellence; it penalizes it. It doesn’t elevate people; it lowers standards. And rather than uniting the country, it fractures us—by race, gender, and identity—reducing every American to a checkbox.
We recently covered a disturbing story about an FAA supervisor who gave DEI candidates the answers to an air traffic control test. They couldn’t pass on merit, so he helped them cheat. If you’re looking for the perfect definition of DEI in action—this is it: lowering the bar and calling it “progress.”
Revolver:
DEI is slowly but surely destroying this country. It’s gotten so bad—so deeply entrenched in every system—that President Trump has made eradicating it a cornerstone of his administration. And not a moment too soon.
Just look at this latest bombshell, courtesy of a Daily Mail exclusive. They got their hands on a voicemail from a DEI activist and FAA supervisor who, according to their report, handed out critical answers to an air traffic control exam—to a select group of minority candidates.
No wonder the once “friendly skies” have turned so deadly…
Unlimited L’s:
DEI activist allegedly caught sharing air traffic controller exam answers with minority candidates in leaked audio obtained by the Daily Mail
Shelton Snow, a prominent figure in the National Black Coalition of Federal Aviation Employees (NBCFAE), was caught in a shocking audio clip promising advance access to test answers
‘There are some valuable pieces of information that I have taken a screenshot of and I am going to send that to you via email,’ says Snow
‘I am about 99.99 percent sure that it is exactly how you need to answer each question.’
The inside information was offered in 2014 to African Americans, females, and other minority candidates, while Whites were excluded to “minimize competition.”
It remains unknown how many candidates benefited from Snow’s offer to secure coveted air traffic controller jobs
Snow stated, “We can give you advance access to test answers,” as reported by DailyMail
But one former NBCFAE member, Matthew Douglas, told DailyMail: ‘I know several people who cheated and I know several people who are controlling planes as we speak.’
As you can see, DEI has turned hiring into a massive charity scheme. It’s put merit behind skin color. It’s made corporate America obsessed with optics, not output. But it’s not just companies getting hosed. It’s poisoned our military, our schools, our government, and every major institution with race-obsessed politics. And at the core of this entire plot is a legal theory many people don’t know about: disparate impact.
So what exactly is disparate impact?
Disparate impact basically says this: if you have a hiring policy, school policy, or business practice that treats everyone the same, you’re guilty of “discrimination.” Even if there was no intent to discriminate and everyone had equal opportunity, the government could come in and accuse you of bias. That’s how the left pushed DEI so deep into our systems. They didn’t have to prove racism. They just had to show some uneven results. It gave them complete control over hiring, and companies and institutions bent the knee.
And now? Trump just shut it all down.
President Trump signed an executive order that removed disparate impact from the federal government. He pulled the plug on agencies enforcing it and even asked the DOJ and other departments to root it out—everywhere it exists.
Now, employers can go back to hiring based on excellence, skill, and merit again. You don’t have to tiptoe around these dangerous and anti-American DEI quotas just to avoid getting sued. Trump’s big, bold move is the government officially stepping out of the race micromanagement business.
What’s really strange is how the propaganda media is barely even touching the story. This was a massive blow to the heart of DEI—and they just can’t bring themselves to take the “L.”

Here’s a close-up of the images:
This is a massive, game-changing move. Quiet. Strategic. But totally devastating to the DEI empire. It’s the kind of action that shows how deeply President Trump understands what’s been done to this country. He’s not just talking about draining the swamp—he’s going after the hidden pipelines that feed it.

President Trump knows the truth: America has been deliberately weakened from the inside out. We’ve been flooded with Marxist ideology disguised as equity, and our greatness has been replaced with charity and mediocrity—all to satisfy the left’s obsession with race and identity. But thankfully, that era is ending. This executive order is the beginning of a serious rollback of the very policies that made DEI possible. Trump is cutting off the supply chain, and the media is too shellshocked to cover it—they know just how powerful this move really is.
Disparate impact deserves to die.
It is generally understood that the “all men are created equal” clause means equality before the law. The Founders had no illusions that everyone was equally endowed with skills, wisdom, intelligence etc. They were worldly, educated men.
“If there were far more blacks in a position than their proportion of the population, disparate impact was never used to try to correct the issue.
Think NBA.”
Think federal government jobs.
18.2% of the federal workforce self Identifies as black. 14.4% of the general population identifies as black.
13.5% of state and local employees identify as black which is close to the % of the population.
DEI will slither into the ground and remain dormant until the communists cheat their way back into the WH...
Like exterminating termites, there has to be drilling, injection, and mass extinction...
When that happens, we can fully relax and celebrate...
Trump did not “crush it into dust.” BUT - Trump has radically shifted the “Overton Window.” Until now, spineless GOP goobers and America as a whole simply accepted the entire woke/marxist “DEI” and disparate impact narrative
“Disparate Impact” is a pillar of leftist political narrative control and government grift/skimming. They will fight it. A future Democrat President may reverse the E.O. A Democrat Congress may try to cement this “reverse racism” in some legal code, which means it will be fought in court.
But at least, Trump has enabled and organized national opposition to it, and legitimized criticism of it.
Except in sports.
I thought that had been “policy” for many, many decades.
Blacks are 11% not 17%.
That applies at pretty much every single state and federal office building.
BTTT
I see that the term “disparate impact” cannot be found in this history of DEI.

Blacks destroy themselves. They kill each other, they abort their children, and they stomp out any of their own who want to excel in whyte behaviors.
The most ‘equal’ society I can think of is the Japanese,
With the notable exception of ‘gender’ inequality.
They have a criminal class, a poor class, a worker class, a learned class, and a wealthy class.
SO, if a society of equals produces multilevel classes of people, then these race hustlers are barking up the wrong tree. There is no way the outcomes will ever be equal.
It’s a scam from the beginning.
We may all be born equal, but it goes downhill pretty quickly after that............
I see it every time I visit a VA hospital or clinic.
Yep, talk about reparations.
Trump should issue an EO mandating that all job applications, school applications, and pretty much every application stops asking applicants for their race, sex, age, or religion as well as anything that would divulge such information, such as a photo. Since these are not supposed to be to affect outcomes then they should not even be required.
a friend of mine retired from the bureau of prisons and needed help from OPM (office of personnel management) and he was put on hold or run around numerous times. he found while asking for help whenever he called them, he had to speak as a black woman and he was never again put on hold or told to call back.
OPM has very few men on staff
Trump has good advisers. They know where the problems are.
Alfred Blumrosen is the SOB who inserted Disparate Impact into the EEOC regulations back in the ‘60s. He did so knowing that it was blatantly against what Congress had voted for in the ‘64 Civil Rights act, and what Johnson had mandated in EO11286.
Trump has now repealed both. You can bet your butt that the organized Left is reeling from this: they will be in court within minutes. Maybe Chief Jester Jonny will issue another midnight emergency opinion. But it’s going to be hard to argue this one: issued by a President and baked into the CFR, it has no standing other then what a President gives it.
I don’t believe an executive order is enough to overturn Duke Power v. Griggs, but let all the countersuits start until the US Supreme Court gets it back, and cross your fingers.
