President Trump signed an executive order on Wednesday, revoking an anti-white racist Obama-Biden era school discipline guidance that was issued by the Department of Justice (DOJ) and Department of Education (DOE) in January 2014.
The President signed a total of seven new education executive orders relating to college universities, AI in education, and DEI practices in schools.
“The Federal Government will no longer tolerate known risks to children’s safety and well-being in the classroom that result from the application of school discipline based on discriminatory and unlawful ‘equity’ ideology,” the order titled “Reinstating Common Sense School Discipline Policies” reads.
In 2014, a letter from the DOJ and DOE threatened schools that if they discipline certain racial groups at a higher rate than others, they could be found in violation of civil rights law and jeopardize their federal funding.

Thank you very much and God bless you.
Every day, President Trump is doing something extremely useful and long needed. This is outstanding. God bless PDJT.
I did not know that was a thing. Punishing according to skin color.
“Discipline Students Based on Skin Color”
If that’s not racist, I don’t know what is.
Dont punish the gangbanger if they are a POC! Happy that people will be held accountable for their violent actions.
Well done, President Trump!
I don’t care if you’re black, white, yellow, green or blue: if you need disciplining in the classroom, the teacher should have discretion on how to deal with the little cretins.
The colour of the child has NOTHING to do with needing to keep the classroom controlled so all can learn.
When applied judiciously from an early age it has a remarkable ability to produce good citizens when parents fail at home.
Once and for all.
Amen!
Exactly.
Oh, yes. It was pure racial poison.
Thank God!!!
Actually, the Biden order was to “NOT discipline students based on skin color.”
Of course, that made all students attend school in a violent, threatening environment as a certain portion of the thugs were allowed to run free.
I’m not sure I follow you but in any case there should be no focus on skin color at all. If the stats say more of one color is being disciplined than another, maybe the reason for it isn’t skin color. I hate statistics. Never used the buttons for it on my scientific calculator anyway.
These DEI policies were a direct cause of the Parkland shooting. The kid was classified as Hispanic, and thus didn’t get disciplined when he should have been, because it would have made the number bad. This is well documented in the book Why Meadow Died. One of the co-writers is the father of one of the victims.
“The colour of the child has NOTHING to do with needing to keep the classroom controlled so all can learn.”
Democrats beg to disagree — white privelege, 400 years of slavery, Jim Crow racism, etc. These people need to be healed, and that is accomplished by letting them run riot.
When I said, “Actually, the Biden order was to “NOT discipline students based on skin color.” The goal of Biden’s order was not that, say, white students should be punished more often. Rather, it was that non-white students should be punished less.
My mom had a paddle board. When it did not have the intended disciplinary effect, she asked my dad to put big holes in it so that the paddle would move faster due to less air resistance. Sadly, her physics conjecture was right. The paddle was faster and hurt more.
But in the end, the paddle broke on my brother’s behind, perhaps because of the holes. Or perhaps because he had a really good lickin’ comin’.
Your mom had a streak of engineering genius not unlike those NASA “Hidden Numbers” gals.
(caution:sad story) My last foster father thought if he whupped me enough I’d turn into the stupid jock redneck he always wanted. What it did is toughen me to the point of separating pain from consciousness - and empathy for others got chucked, too.
So when I finally got large enough to kick his ass they put me in the state orphanage, which used the paddle only when their demerit system wasn’t effective (a good strategy).
One dorm supervisor broke a paddle on me out of frustration...didn’t like me laughing. That weasel was a gym rat so it really damaged his self-esteem. That really DID hurt him more than it hurt me.
I eventually straightened up and regained sympathy for others but that was a case where too much was too much.
