Even Snow White wouldn't want to wake up to this nightmare that she created.
In the latest example of Gen Z realizing that words have consequences, Disney's real-life Snow White debuted on Friday to horrific numbers, with the $209 million budget film bringing in a reported measly $15.5 million to kick off its expected $40-$50 million box office weekend.
The pathetic turnout comes after lead actress Rachel Zegler's controversial comments disparaging the original 1937 movie as being "extremely dated" with its views about women "and a stalker Prince," to wishing "no peace" to Trump supporters after the President's reelection in November. Brilliant move there, Rachel, truly. (She would eventually delete her post two days later).

$209 million? Nope. This is $300 million+. Disney always lies abiut costs.
Dissed knee has to reach back to the 1937 white patriarchal classic that they despised? Can’t come up with their own original Wokeness creations for the masses to enjoy?

We’ll know more on Monday - they count Friday ticket sales in “opening weekend” - but I cannot remember a movie anytime, anywhere, that has deliberately lit off this bonfire of hostility among its potential audience and then merrily kept fanning the flames. “Go to this movie or you’re a bigot” hasn’t worked any better than “Drink this beer or you’re a bigot” did for Bud Light.
In a sane world, this would result in the entire C-level of a company being asked to resign by the board, and everyone else involved in the movie summarily fired.
But this isn’t a sane world. This is Clown World. So I fully expect the train derailment to continue unabated.
Goodbye Bob Iger, gonna test the 5-year low again probably as early as next week, rot in woke hell.
In the current incarnation we are supposed to believe that a stunning and statuesque Gal Godot is jealous of a flat chested short little brown troll. Oh brother!
It doesn’t help that Rachel Zegler, in addition to being an empty suit PC fool, is just not physically attractive enough to play Snow White. She’s supposed to be a timeless beauty.
