Failed Democrat presidential candidate Kamala Harris appeared drunk and rambled about nonsense during the AI conference HumanX at Fontainebleau in Las Vegas over the weekend.
It’s hard to understand why Harris would be invited to speak at such a conference because if Harris were an expert on anything, it certainly wouldn’t be AI.
This is probably why Harris veered off-script and droned on about her obsession with Doritos.
Harris once said she binged on Doritos in dismay after former President Donald Trump secured the presidency in 2016.
The story was recounted at the HumanX conference, where the former Vice President recalled how she ordered Doritos on DoorDash to eat while watching the Oscars, while apparently tying it to other aspects of “innovation.”
“Whatever might be the trackings of Kamala Harris’s particular fondness for nacho cheese Doritos for the sake of getting a big bag of Doritos as I watched the Oscars,” she said, cackling.
“And you can debate with me if it should be a right – I think it should,” Harris said.
“To expect that the innovation would also be weighted in terms of solving their everyday problems, which are beyond my craving for Doritos… but about whatever – and I know the work is happening – the scientific discoveries, for example, to cure longstanding diseases. I would love it if there was an investment in resources and solving the affordable housing issue in America,” Kamala Harris said.
What you just read was similar to what a drunk auntie would say to you at a wedding while trying to sound profound.

It appeared Feedzai CEO Nuno Sebastiao, who was leading the conversation, was also acutely aware of this and jumped in by saying Harris was discussing an example of “consumer behavior.”
But Harris continued rambling:
“But I’m going to throw out another one … I would love it if there would be an investment of resources in solving the affordable housing issue in America,” she added. “Like help me with that. Help me with that.”
During Harris’ 2024 presidential campaign, her word salads became a red flag, not just for those on the right but also seemingly for those on the left who struggled to defend her.
For instance, Harris struggled to articulate how she intended to make life more affordable for Americans, instead rambling on about her middle-class upbringing and lawns.
To think this woman could have been the President of the United States is not just scary; it’s a reminder of how close we came to the cliff’s edge.
Why is everyone assuming she’s drunk? She probably is, but should we total discount her pot use?

There’s something wrong with that woman. It sounds like an alcohol problem but the persistence of her rambling word salads makes it look like something else, perhaps an illness or mental defect.
Obama, according to his book, was into cocaine more than booze.
She is the epitome of AI. She exhibits artificial intelligence all the time. Tries to string together buzzwords and phrases to sound profound... I would say she is AI version (.0001.)
The fact that she got endorsements from so many indicates that there is a serious amount of people who would vote for a bacterium if that bacterium could send them federal dollars.

That’s quite possible. But most folks with that problem would refrain from public appearances. She doesn’t seem to understand what a fool she is making of herself and that’s a big problem in and of itself...aside from her word salad problem.
