No way is Houston going to wake up. He took over Queen Sheila Don't-You-Know-Who-I-Am Jackson Lee's district, carefully redistricted by her, that looks like it is surrounding a uterus. Bet he was still having the limo drive him across the street to his office.

Looks like RATS "Misused" cancer patient Sylvester Turner for putting him into an empty House seat that he obviously wasn't physically fit to hold. Either they pushed him into it, or he lied when he said he was cancer free in order to be appointed to the seat.
