Speculation is raging as to the identity of the pilot involved in Delta Airlines Pearson Airport crash, with some sources claiming she was a woman who only got certified a month ago.
The plane flipped over while landing, leaving terrified passengers hanging upside down in their seats, and it’s a minor miracle that no one died, although 21 people were taken to hospital.
Many have blamed pilot error for the crash, noting that the pilot did not seem to attempt to pull the nose of the plane as it descended.

If you see the video, that plane is stable all the way to the ground.

Maybe she was trying to find the joystick and got distracted.
I'm going to catch Hell for that...
So? All candidates and employees are equal aren’t they? /s
My kid had to have 1500 hours before he was certified. With the cost of flight hours I might have had him dye his hair blue if there was a DEI certification level.
Copilot. WTH was the PIC thinking?
He/she should have taken back control or at least commanded a go around.
PIC on the com was a man, sooo. The simplest most noble action is to boycott ENDEAVOR AIR until all the facts are known, preferably in a courtroom.
Search on the terms “ Delta” and “ flare”
You’ll find a number of aviation people noting that the pilot landing this plane seemingly failed to add power on landing to bring up the nose of the aircraft, to slow its speed and bring the rear set of wheels down first onto the runway.
( flaring)
Instead the video showed a nearly flat landing, too fast, that collapsed the nose gear. Veteran pilots comment that flaring the aircraft on landing requires skill and experience.
Yes. Orthogonal control is the only way I can see it being done.
Not two people fighting for the stick as one wheel touches down.
"We know you have a choice in airlines, so thank you for flying Delta. We look forward to seeing you again soon."
Don’t quit your day job.
Were the all-female crew DIE hires?
No...but the co-pilot can say....Hey dumbass...pull up or we’re gonna crash...
Wrt Delta Airlines Pearson Airport crash, officials wont reveal it, so some are claiming the pilot was a DEI hire, a woman who only got certified a month ago. And that co-pilots were also women.

“sources claiming”
Sounds like solid evidence to me.
