The House Dems are trying to hide the biggest fraud in history

🚨🇺🇸 HOUSE DEMS TRY TO KILL ELON’S DOGE PROGRAM—NEED JUST 3 GOP DEFECTORS

House Democrats are trying to shut down DOGE by pushing the Taxpayer Data Protection Act, which would block DOGE from accessing IRS records to root out waste and fraud.

They’re desperately hunting for three House Republicans to flip, targeting Reps. Mike Lawler (R-NY), Brian Fitzpatrick (R-PA), and Don Bacon (R-NE) to help them block Elon’s reforms.

While Democrats fear an “unelected billionaire” making government more efficient, Republicans argue that DOGE is essential to tackling the $36 trillion national debt and holding Washington accountable.

🚨🇺🇸BREAKING: JUDGE SHUTS DOWN DEM STATES’ ATTEMPT TO BLOCK ELON & DOGE

A federal judge just told 14 Democrat-led states: No, you can’t stop Elon from cutting government waste.

Judge Tanya Chutkan denied their emergency request, ruling they failed to prove “imminent, irreparable harm.”

Chutkan:

"Accordingly, it cannot issue a TRO, especially one as wide-ranging as Plaintiffs request, without clear evidence of imminent, irreparable harm to these Plaintiffs.”

The lawsuit, led by New Mexico, claimed DOGE’s actions—like canceling federal contracts, firing employees, and possibly “accessing sensitive and confidential agency data”—were unlawful.

However, the White House pushed back, saying those decisions were made by agency staff, not Elon.

Judge Chutkan made it clear that without specific proof of harm, she couldn’t intervene.

Trump wouldn’t sign the bill if it got anywhere near his desk, so I admit being a bit confused over this story.

They will never give up.

It doesn’t make any difference how much evidence Elon Musk discovers. They will lie ‘till they die. And half the population will believe them.

Desperate times etc. Poopin the pants, sleepless nights, downing booze. They’ll do anything to at least slow things down.

That is one reason Musk is recommending a significant check be cut to each taxpayer—”proof” that the waste, fraud, abuse and evil was located and it was cold hard cash.

The President could sign a letter and mail it to every American explaining where the money came from—including a list of some of the crazier stuff that had been found and cut.

“One reason you are receiving this money is that we identified more than four million individuals that were receiving social security—who were more than one hundred and twenty years old. By stopping their checks to deceased people we were able to give this money to living Americans like you....”

I dont think Johnson is under any obligation to bring the bill to a vote, unless he were one of the three GOP defectors....

Well, there is the matter of 35 or so trillon in deficits to be paid off before any rebates can be discussed in my mind anyway.

Also I heard recently the budget proposals working through Congress do not have provisions to extend the tax cuts past during President Trump’s first term, (the Senate bill anyway) if this happens just further evidence that the Republicans are not serious about governing the country, making a difference, or moving the President’s agenda along.
I hope I am wrong but I am already starting to worry about the 2026 midterms and we aren’t out of February yet.
Apologies for the doom and gloom.

Congress is totally weird to figure out—no clue exactly what they are doing—and it is all talk until a bill goes to conference and we see what the final budget bill looks like.

If President Trump does not like the bill Congress gives him he can veto it.

Trump and Musk need to dig deep enough to be able to name names. Maybe Putin will help him with info from Ukraine.

Flipping 3 RINOS will give Dems some media high ground for more judge shopping & attempting to build a non-stop case for the mid-terms.

Meanwhile, Trump, Musk, DOGE and Cabinet secretaries will power on...
