Why?
Because almost all TV, movies, and network news are produced by democrats.
Partially because they just gravitate towards these professions, partially because these industries were formed by certain left-learning types of people, and partially because your tax dollars were stolen to pay for precisely this thing.
But the effect this has is that every republican has heard what democrats believe, from a democrat, and almost no democrat has heard what republicans believe, from a republican.
They hear about republican beliefs from other democrats.
So this isn't a caricature, not really. This is what they think you are, and they're not going to revise that model, because they like thinking this is what you are.
It gives them a smug feeling of moral and intellectual superiority. Which is their real goal all along.
They don't see you. They don't know you. They don't care what you think. They don't care what happens to you.

It’s more than just that. Democrats don’t understand how the average American thinks. The average American doesn’t want a tranny in a girl’s locker room. The average American doesn’t want illegals pouring over the border. Etc.

I have been saying for years: The left is not stupid. It makes mistakes because it has false beliefs about the nature of reality.
When your ideas are based on false assumptions, it is hard to obtain good results.
It is extremely difficult to change your foundational assumptions about the nature of the universe.
When foundational beliefs are challenged by bad results, it is common to find a scapegoat to blame or to devise a complicated conspiracy theory for something which can easily be explained by a simple change of assumption about the nature of reality.
This applies to all people, not just leftists. Leftists are in the majority now, because many of their foundational beliefs have created very bad results for the country and for them.
Some basic leftist assumptions about the nature of reality, which are false:
1. People are born good.
2. Evil is born of physical needs.
3. Government is a benign force, when the left is in charge.
4. Good intentions guarantee good results.
5. Bad results spring from bad intentions.
6. Humans are in control (at least on earth). Another way to say this is, on earth, government is God, or at least god.
7. Human nature is easily changed by the “right” government programs.
8. Wealth is mostly the result of luck.
9. People who disagree with them are stupid, evil, or both.
Throw in Censorship hurts them just as much.

But if you leave a comment that it is not true and you and every conservative are happy with Trump and polls show it, @!@# Youtube will delete your post. So Liberals, never hear a counter argument and believe every word.
That is a good list. My question is, where did you get it? Was that quoted somewhere or was that from your personal observation? I’m not trying to argue it, I just want to know where you got it.

We should make it illegal to do that.” I walked over and said, “Maybe we should leave people alone.” Her eyes got big and she said: “I know you. You’re a Republican! You’re a Nazi! You just want to control everybody!” I said, “I just want to be left alone.”
