The problem is that given how deep this goes everyone in the country is now one degree from someone who has been corrupted by this.

It requires more than recusal, it requires an indictment... DOJ needs to get on this right now...

Jeff Sessions recused himself because (we are told) he went to a party that a Russian guy was also at once so therefore democrats said he may have had a conversation about Trump with him and hence is now biased.

On the other hands, Judge Merchan's daughter is working for and making big coin working on a group opposed to Trump and he laughed it off, just like this guy will.

This judge can’t have much time to do his judging job. He seems more like a Blackrock fund manager, only its all for him.

Been going on over a hundred years. “Business as usual” as McCain would say.

the government should continue to fund programmes authorised by Congress

Building the wall was authorized by Congress decades ago, but until Trump, no money was assigned to it. The Executive has discretion over when, where, and how much to spend on the program. In the case of USAID, many of these programs were not authorized by Congress, and are outside the scope of USAID's mission.

And where is the American Bar Association? This creep should be disbarred for this conflict of interest ruling. Crickets.

he laughed it off, just like this guy will.

Our side never goes hardcore -- because we're always worried that if the Republicans do this then when the Democrats have power, they will do that. But so many on our side don't realize that the Democrats are already doing that. Everywhere. Every chance they get. And if we notice, they laugh it off. The GOP needs to toughen up and do what's necessary.

A perfect poster child for both judicial corruption and USAID corruption.

Federal employees should not sit on boards. Government flunkies should be forced to make a choice between private and public sector.

How can it not be? Trump wanted to stop payments from USAID. This guy is getting payments from USAID. The judge ruled for himself.

18 million from USAID to the ABA. No wonder is silent. It’s not incompetence. It’s complicity.

We could balance the Federal budget and pay off the entire debt just by eliminating the fraud..................
