In the weeks leading up to Donald Trump’s anticipated return to the presidency, a rift has emerged within his supporter base regarding the US H-1B visa program, which facilitates the employment of skilled foreign workers in the United States. This discord intensified following the appointment of Sriram Krishnan, a venture capitalist from Chennai, as Trump’s chief adviser on artificial intelligence.
Current analysis indicates that Trump appears to align himself with the DOGE faction, which includes prominent figures such as Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy, in the ongoing debate surrounding the US H-1B visa program. Notably, Trump has publicly expressed his longstanding support for H-1B visas.
As the inauguration date of January 20 approaches, a significant conflict has surfaced between two factions of Trump supporters: DOGE (Department of Government Efficiency) and MAGA (Make America Great Again), particularly concerning allegations of misuse of the US H-1B visa program by Indian nationals. Despite Trump’s apparent backing of the DOGE group, Musk has acknowledged that the H-1B visa system is fundamentally flawed and in need of substantial reform.
Currently, Trump appears to be aligning himself with the DOGE team, which includes prominent figures such as Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy, in the ongoing debate regarding the visa program that facilitates the entry of skilled workers into the United States. Notably, Musk, the CEO of Tesla, has acknowledged that the US H-1B visa program system is “broken” and requires “major reform.”

Why is it that big tech had a 15% reduction in workforce and yet they still kept importing foreign workers on work visas? It is pure ethnic replacement on the part of our government and the multinational corporations that own them.
Correct.
My suggested minimum required H-1B annual salary formula:
$47K any qualifying H-1B degree+
$9K for masters, without Ph.D.+
$18K for Ph.D.+
1.3 times HUD one-bedroom fair market rent+
$6K degree field wherein certification normally commands a premium+
$10K employee works with technology+
$11K uncommon technical skill useful for national defense possessed+
[microwave, radar, sensor, integrated circuit, cryptography, signal/image processing and other Secretary of Defense listed]
$10K if prior management or management degree+
$15K if project management+
$5K employer’s workforce has more than two H-1Bs+
$8K employer’s US full-time workforce exceeds 10 and is more than 10% H-1Bs+
$5K employer is a publicly traded entity, or controlled by one+
10% H-1B program usage premium+
state income tax adjustment
These would get adjusted for inflation as with tax brackets.
That is the stupidest recipe I’ve ever written for financing an invasion. Are those numbers the minimum salaries or is that the yearly charge to maintain for the H1B visa?
It’s not surprising that Covid VAX totalitarian would be interested in colonizing America with foreigners from the Third World.
The article is spreading the lie that American workers are low-skilled, ignorant bigots who fear highly skilled foreign workers.
The truth is companies are firing highly skilled American workers and replacing them with foreign workers they can control and pay less.
I found these news reports from 8 years ago:
In 2017, this report gave the real reason most H-1B tech workers were coming from India: https://youtu.be/GLwXT4mQn5s?t=1294
It said companies prefer workers from India because they figure the Indian workers will never become U.S. citizens due to a 70-year wait. So, they can control them like indentured servants.
Also, this man went into further detail: https://youtu.be/GLwXT4mQn5s?t=866
He claimed some companies make the Indian workers and their families sign contracts agreeing to pay $30K in damages, or agreeing that their property will be confiscated, if they leave an employer.
So, at least back then, the companies had complete control over those workers. They could overwork them and restrict them from travel. (Since then, some changes have been made to the H-1B program.)
In 2017, this next man said H-1B workers do not know they’re replacing Americans. They find out when they arrive here. He also said they are not higher skilled than the Americans.

Interesting how the mainstream news covered this issue in 2017.
The purpose of the formula is to price out otherwise possible second-rate and third-rate imports, not first-rate imports.
