Tulsi needs to follow the standard rules of leftists:

“Tell them what they want to hear.

Then do what you want to do.”

It is long past time to remove the inscription “Equal Justice Under Law” from the front of the US Supreme Court building.

Congress passing laws exempting its members, and the federal courts upholding these laws, is an affront to liberty.

No where in the US Constitution does it state Congress, the Courts, and the Executive branch can ignore the inalienable rights of US citizens. No where in the Constitution is there a “National Security” exception nor is there any power granted to Congress, the courts, or the executive branch to trample on the rights of citizens for any reason.

Get these appointments approved, and then eliminate the unconstitutional laws and regulations.

Ok, say whatever to get confirmed.

This will be OK with about half the FR male population because she is a moderately attractive woman who occasionally says something negative about Democrats.

She has no choice in the matter because Section 702 is the law.

The people I despise the most are those like former Rep. Devin Nunes, the Intelligence Committee chair who would run around to every Sunday news talk show and complain about abuses of the Section 702 process … then go back to Congress on Monday and lobby his fellow House members to re-authorize the FISA surveillance.

Meaningless as Trump gets the last word on 702.

Tulsi, do what the Dems do, Nod your head during meetings, then do what you and Trump want to do after confirmation.Same goes for all the others nominated. Don’t ever forget the Senators will knife you in the back for a 2% poll swing.

That exemption makes me chuckle. As if the IC would honour that. The ability to blackmail congress and its staff is an awful big temptation for them no?

Pragmatism gets us nowhere. Stand on principle and fight these bastards. This issue is at the heart of what makes MAGA MAGA. NEVER appear weak. When the Swamp senses weakness, they will bury you. When Trump didn’t investigate and prosecute Hillary and the Clinton Foundation - the Swamp smelled weakness. FIGHT!

The Senate is evil, and Tulsi is shamelessly overambitious.

So Cotton, Patel and Gabbard agree on something.

And this is bad? Throw the baby out with the bath water?

It’s been re-authorized for 2 years...she’s just squaring with it.
