SUMMARY: All drones over 250 grams are required to be registered with the FAA and broadcast their ID and activity, just like a transponder on traditional aircraft. This means that either the drones are legal and the government knows everything about them because the drones are broadcasting this information, or the drones are illegal and not broadcasting this information. Since the FAA is saying they are legal, they know exactly who and what they are and are lying.

If they knew this all along why not just say "The Drones are American, for purpose XYZ.".
