A new video was released recently depicting the seven men and Trump supporters who were shot in the head without warning by Capitol Police on January 6, 2021.
According to earlier reports, Capitol Police Inspector Thomas Loyd Jr. ordered police to fire on the unsuspecting Trump supporters.
There is now video that shows the Trump supporters were not acting violently and had no idea they police were about to start firing rubber bullets at their heads.
You refused to answer my question, so why should I do you the courtesy of answering the question you now pose? But hell, I'll answer it anyway because unlike you, I'm not afraid of having an open discussion.
I don't know whether there were FBI agents/informants actually assaulted cops. Could be, although there's no way for each individual cop to have known who was FBI so you'd think some of them would have been arrested too, even by accident. Also, the videos are public, so anyone who wants to search those videos looking for someone who assaulted a cop but mysteriously hasn't been charged has been free to do so.
I think it's more likely they just encouraged it, like Ray Epps. But I wouldn't preclude the possibility of an assault. I will say that I am a absolutely certain that not every assault on a cop that day was done by an FBI agent.
But even if some FBI agents or informant-types did attack cops, that still wouldn't excuse any ordinary civilians who then joined in. Because someone instigates every riot - there are always the most aggressive people within a crowd that gets the thing going, and then others join in. But we don't consider the fact that someone else triggered the riot as a valid excuse for those who joined in and then engaged in unlawful behavior themselves.
None of the people convicted of assaulting cops have appealed it on the grounds that the assault did not happen. Not one. None of their lawyers have appeared on TV to say "they never touched anyone", despite appearing on TV to talk about other issues. None of the members of Congress who have accused the FBI of misconduct and of possibly "instigating" the riot have claimed that any of those convicted of assault never actually assaulted anyone.
So now that I have answered your question, how about you answering mine? Do you think any ordinary citizens assaulted cops in January 6, and if so, should they have been prosecuted for that?
And just to be clear, I do think there should be criminal charges brought against any FBI agent who did assault a cop, as well as anyone up the chain of command who ordered it.
More ignorant assumptions.
You are an arrogant ass.
A waste of time.
j 6ers did not attack. they did defend themselves and their right to protest and petition their government (not in like manner of the BLM and ANTIFA groups in our recent past)...
After all the protestors largely were invited to enter, allowed to enter and were often directed to come in, by some pseudo cops and government agents... it was ALL a staged play to stop the congress from doing it’s job... which was to start an investigation of the evidence of election theft by the three letter deep state, Faux Republicans and Democrats.
The 2020 election was stolen in certain key swing states. Those who deny that being an observable are either idiots, or participants.
There will be a reckoning as sure as there is an Almighty God ruling the heavens and the Sun comes up each morning.
It may become apparent that the “God of the 1/4 inch” rules in Heaven and on earth, or He may use men in government or the laws of nature, or by Divine interventions... but one way or another... “the Kingdoms of this world will be seen manifestly to be the Kingdoms of our Lord and of His Christ.
maximum multiple plus signs... ++++
and the statutes of limitation, for attempted manslaughter would be about seven years... is there perhaps NO STATUTE of limitation... on the charges if they are say, attempted murder and sedition?
I don’t know. Anybody???
directed to come in....
That may well be true. But what about those protestors who were not part of that "largely" and "often" group? Or is it your position that not even one protestor struck a cop?
After all the protestors largely were invited to enter, allowed to enter and were often directed to come in,
That may well be true of most of the protestors. But what about those protestors who were not part of that "largely" and "often" group? Or is it your position that not even one protestor struck or pushed a cop?
And you’re a moral coward afraid to state your opinions openly.
you illegally restrict access to what is public... you deserve to be pushed back.
police do not have the right to violate right to petition and redress... for wrongs.
violation of rights under color of authority... is what triggered the firefight and concorde.
get used to it lefty.. we SUPPORT the cops.. but not when they violate the law.
period.
also, who says that all folks that claim to be cops were NOT plants put in place to trigger violence and encourage it... as a pretext to violate rights.
“That may well be true of most of the protestors.” and if it was okay for one, it was okay for all...
you are a provacteur trying to bait others.
good bye jerk.
do NOT post to me again.. thanks...
