The University of California, Berkeley, will offer a course in spring 2025 that describes Hamas as a “revolutionary resistance force fighting settler colonialism.”
According to a screenshot posted by Eyal Yakoby, the course, titled “English Composition in Connection with the Reading of World Literature, Leninism and Anarchism: A Theoretical Approach to Literature and Film,” is set to be offered in spring 2025.
In addition to describing Hamas as a “revolutionary resistance force,” the course description also accuses America of funding “genocide.”
”With the US-backed and -funded genocide being carried out against Indigenous Palestinians by the Israeli Occupying Force, many have found it difficult to envision a reality beyond the one we are living in today. At the same time, we have also seen a rise in global socialist (and in particular Leninist) movements that are actively combating this destructive imperial agenda. From the Hamas revolutionary resistance forces combating settler-colonialism to a continuous anti-imperialist politic by Cuba, Vietnam, Venezuela, China, DPRK, and various Indigenous and First-Nation peoples across the Americas, there continues to be a commitment to anti-imperialism and anti-capitalism...,” states the course description.
The course is displayed on the university’s website, but the description has been removed.
Dan Mogulof, assistant vice chancellor for the UC Berkeley Office of Communications and Public Affairs told Campus Reform the matter is under review.
”The matter is currently under review and the course description has already been changed,” Mogulof said.
Both instructors set to teach the course, Christián Gonzalez Reyes and Harry Mizumoto, signed a letter following spring 2024 protests at UCLA that blames Israel for “all violent struggle that is currently taking place on Palestinian lands.”

Hmmmmmm. Will they show 10/7/2023 videos?
HamAss is a Jihadi, Terrorist organization seeking a total global Islamist hegemony.

NOT ONE CENT in contributions and NO political support for UC until they get some honest respsonsible administrators and stop passing off this kind of lying bullkrap as proper education.
(PS: President Trump promises to have the accreditation of “colleges” like UC revoked for abuses like this. We are contacting him today to help him in this effort. Cleaning up some of these colleges, including PUBLIC TAXPAYER FUNDED schools like UC, WILL be accomplished. We will NOT agree to pay taxes for enemy propaganda substituting for honest academic instruction. No way! Gavin, clean this NOW or we will campaign fulltime against your election to any further public offices. America please take note how Ph*qued up California is ...and how long it takes the governor to get this disgusting abuse OUT of Berkeley!)
arab settler colonialist invaders should return to arabia from which they launched their wars of conquest and leave the Levant to its native Jews and Chriatians.
There’s an easier way.
The UC’s exist on land grants. Those federal land grants come with stipulations. Berkeley got out of the major one back in the early ‘60s: mandatory ROTC. But things like outright discrimination and advocacy of terrorism can be used to revoke the land grants.
So they should be revoked, and bulldoze the buildings. Turn them into federal reservations and use them for parking lots.
This course is where you expand your rolodex of terrorist connections. I hope a few good guys take it and network.
That includes student loans and all forms of educational assistance.
Maybe those boys and girls should stick to stuff like this:

The fastest internet speed ever recorded is 402 terabits per second (Tbps), achieved by researchers at Japan’s National Institute of Information and Communications Technology (NICT)
I’d dig on that coming into my farm.
The buildings are mostly white nice and could be used for some good things. Otherwise, we share sentiments about this disgusting travesty at “Cal”
Maybe lease the buildings out to an honest college(s) to offer good, positive study programs of various types. Especially on medicine, nursing, engineering, and yes ROTC — there will be plenty of people signing up.
And send them pagers for HoMoHamHead day.
Revoke any eligibility for access to Federal Money for Berkley. Actively propagandizing for a know terrorist group that has engaged in mass murder, rape and torture is not “Free Speech”
Rather like the Indians fighting off the westward bound settlers in America!
The oft used term “settler colonialism” seems to just mean white people.
It’s a nice thought but the Commutards will just take it over again.
UC is not a school; it’s a day care camp for Leftists. They go there and never leave: jobs are created for them so they can simulate “work” and get paid to frolic and most importantly, organize politically. UC is a fourth rail of government in California and is totally compromised. So it just needs to be de-existed physically and never let anyone start such an entity again. Was a nice idea but as always, the gangster state co-opted it.
Certainly a major part of the state government in Californication is corrupt. Legislature. Governor office. Utilities “regulation.” State environment regulations. State taxes just about the highest in America. The list is lengthy.
There’s a whole lot that needs major cleanup there.
Yours is a most thought provoking piece. Can Land Grant be used to corral the Marxist domination of what was once a signal university? That question should be immediately asked of Trump’s Secretary of Education.
The story from the Leftist student point of view...

The Morrill Land Grant Act of 1862 was the basis for quid pro quos that the State’s had to acknowledge for the rights to the land. There are probably updates along the way that I’m not going to research, but likely more attempts to wiggle out of any obligations.
There is no doubt that the original Congressional grants did not foresee creating permanent anti-American breeding grounds and would likely pull back the agreements immediately if they were still around.
Maybe we have a few people in charge who resemble the original Congressmen in their regard for the country and the use of its land.
