These are voter registrations not ballots. They either were intending to use these registrations or it is possible they paid people per registration and they just made crap up.

First thing that needs to be done is to follow the money.

Second, it is curious that there was no discussion as to which political party would have benefited from this fake ballot creation. You have to wonder if it was indeed to benefit Democrats. If it had been to benefit Republicans, MSNBC, CNN, etc. would have make it breaking news headlines and repeated it every 15 minutes. So, I am pretty sure it favored Democrats.

Third, this should be an immediate BIG DEAL with Republicans in the HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES. They should demand a full and immediate FBI, NSA, and CIA investigation to be completed within DAYS (aka before the election is over) as the highest NATIONAL PRIORITY and state anyone who does view otherwise if against Democracy and in favor of election interference. Bidden and Harris must be make to make statements that this is totally unacceptable in a Democracy.
