How are these ballots generated?
A voter ID# within the internet-connected voter-roll database is temporarily inflated to generate a fake ballot which is sent out.
Same process can be done on an industrial scale behind closed doors by the hundreds of thousands guided by corrupt NGOs.
Rolls are then purged in microseconds to cover bad actors’ tracks.
Who is behind this?
The Department of Homeland Security via their unregulated and unaccountable shadow agencies, the Center for Internet Security and the Atlantic Council.

Computers with proprietary software do not belong anywhere close to elections. Paper ballots, hand counting by multiple witnesses, photo ID. Simple and resistant to fraud. Which is why the democrats fight against these standards at every turn.
The first two envelopes are labeled Department of Health and Human Services. The others appear to be ballots.

There are 13 envelopes behind the first 2 billing notices. I think those are the 13 ballots referred to.

I am in California.
I received the ballot that you can mail in.
I noticed that no where is my name attached to the ballot pages.
The return envelope has my name printed and above says Voter: sign here. Do not print.
It also says: If a voter is unable to sign, the voter can make a mark witnessed by one person.
This is how voter fraud happens. They can just print a new set of ballot pages and mark the ballots for democrats.
They can also say the X mark is the signature of whoever.
Please remove me from your list.
