Non-citizens have been added to state voter rolls, primarily through motor vehicle departments, despite those people clearly telling them they are not United States Citizens.
Many of those non-citizens were added through “motor voter” process at motor vehicle departments, which began with the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 (NVRA).
Those non-citizens being illegally registered to vote can jeopardize their chance of becoming naturalized citizens.
An election integrity group found many non-citizens who are illegally registered to vote.

U.S. “elections” are the most corrupt elections on the planet. Those caught cheating should be backed up against a wall and shot. Corrupt bass turds.
My basic citizens’ understand of the 2024 state of American voter fraud is:
Maintain vast, bloated voter rolls, simply filled with “names.” Young, old, dead, double entries, illegal, moved-out-of-state - whatever. Do this through various forms of “automatic” government registration.
Create network of gov’t-funded, shadow leftist organizations and NGOs who will organize and “get out the vote.” For example, in 2020, we saw 1200 “homeless people” all voting by mail from from one homeless shelter in Atlanta.
Allow maximum channels of access to this pool of votes - mass mail in ballots, walk-up voting, no adjudication of signatures, or matching of ballots, no ID voting and especially, ballot-harvesting, etc....
Lawfare and propaganda at every turn to ensure there are few controls or checks.
Extended voting for weeks before election day greatly assists in this fraud.
Well, we don’t get 99.9% voted for one candidate, yet. Nor do we shoot the opposition in the head, yet.
But yes, for anyone paying attention, our elections are a joke.
They have been gamed (or as Trump calls it “rigged”) to the point where they no longer represent of the will of the people.
The candidate who has the oligarchs and bureaucracy on their side has a HUGE advantage.

Death penalty is the only way to make these assholes think twice about destroying the underpinnings of the republic. Kill a few hundred and the rest will fall in line.
The only way the gov’t will stop illegal immigrants from crossing the border and voting is if they start voting Republican.
If that ever happened there would be armed guards and razor wire at the border.

You are going to have to hang people on TV to fix this. People have to see people swing from ropes (typical treatment for treason) or it’s just going to continue. The courts are worthless, they refuse to protect citizens votes from being countered by illegal voting. Yes, people can vote, but the Democrats are going to do everything possible to make sure that it doesn’t matter.

Are any FReepers asking their States Secretary of State if they are comparing Voter Registration Rolls to their REAL ID databases?
If not, it would be a good time to starting asking.
If so, given existing federal statutes making non-citizen voting for federal elections a crime, it would seem this a clear "aiding and abetting" case. Even with the broad immunity provided to a state it appears individuals and government officials could be chargeable.
Perhaps more effectively, the Congress at its Jan 6, 2025 Special Session could use this action to not accept the Electoral Certificates of any state who clearly registers non-citizens and allows them to vote for federal offices.
