She can be excused for not knowing the images had any religious significance since they have been debased in the European post-Christian culture for at least a century.
She had no idea, huh? If her chosen deity or person religious importance was on the target… woluld that too be just okey-dokey.
Horrible person.
Interesting. She gets into Switzerland (unless she was born there), but I with a Swiss great-grandfather cannot.
Muslims would consider her to be an apostate.
Stone away!
Mary and Jesus are in the Quran so she is a pretty ignorant Muslim.
The woman has been in Switzerland since 1995 and is so ignorant she does not recognize one of the most recognizable Christian motifs??? She did in on purpose.
32-year-old Sanija Ameti, who argued she had “no idea” the image had any religious significance

She’s a liar.
Ooops. Got caught.
Why wasn’t she using a photo of the prophet Mohammad?
While her stunt was repulsive and she obviously knew what she was doing, I agree that when she apologized, we as Christians should forgive her.
As a former pistol competitor, I would point out to her that her stance is wrong (her feet should be parallel with the line to the target and her head held erect) and her groups are poor, particularly considering the quality of her pistol.
Perhaps some more practice on a portrait of Mohammad?
Auction house catalog. Probably picked out something with a human outline.
Meanwhile, the Pope is busy telling the world that all religions are equally valid ways to approach God. I guess he left out the part about what some people do when they actually get close: they shoot at close range. Oh well.
Let’s use Muslim “justice” on him. He fully deserves it. Coat the justice with pig fat.
No surprise that
They demand Respect; but, are unwilling to reciprocate.
So if it weren’t a religious picture she’s saying it’s ok to shoot babies and women???
