If it had been up to Kasie Hunt, host of CNN This Morning, the rest of today's show could have been ditched, replaced by a non-stop loop of Trump making his claim, during last night's debate, that migrants are eating the pets of residents of Springfield, Ohio.
She cited leftist late-night jester Stephen Colbert, and smirked at Trump "spouting baseless allegations about migrants eating pets." After playing it once, Hunt begged a show director:
"Can we, can we just, Jimmy in the control room, can we play the pets bite one more time? Can we just watch that one more time?"

They're going to have a hard time doing that since this story was widely reported and talked about well before the debate. Trump didn't just make this up.
Also, the governor of Ohio just ordered State Troopers into Springfield in an attempt to handle the Haitian situation.

Media is making a huge gamble on Haitians behaving themselves. They eat cats and dogs in their country so it would hardly be surprising if they did it America.

Vodou is one of the religions practiced in Haiti. I researched the various rituals associated with vodou. This one was listed first:
“Animal Sacrifice: A variety of animals might be killed during a Vodou ritual, depending upon the lwa being addressed. It provides spiritual sustenance for the lwa, while the flesh of the animal is then cooked and eaten by participants.”
So, is it totally beyond the realm of possibility that these people are involved in animal sacrifices and are scooping up cats, dogs, geese, and ducks to use in their “religious” rituals?
Are they going to send in thousands of chickens and hope they prefer them to geese?

So much for these Haitians to ever ditch their voodoo for Christianity or ever assimilate to the ways of this once Christian nation.
