And the masters of voter suppression and disenfranchisement keep crushing the little guy. Not one step back!

So they didn’t throw out libertarians or any conservative leaning parties?

That’s all the information in that particular post. If something else comes up I’ll give you a ping.

Your question deserves an answer. No I didn’t read the rulings. They are there for you to read at your leisure.

So Wisconsin says third party is OK but Georgia says no. Something really stinks with Georgia.

I was lucky to be able to post both articles for a comparison. Fascinating isn't it? One state allows Stein, and another disqualifies her. So, shouldn't voters have the freedom to choose who they vote for?

The answer is yes.

The answer is no.

Both answers are true.

What difference would it make if they were on the ballot?

Makes me wonder how much Kemp had to do with this.

Georgia Governor Brian Kemp is now asking the Attorney General whether he has the authority to REMOVE the three brave members of the State Election Board who have been implementing massive election integrity reforms

What are you talking about? This is great news. Kennedy was going to pull himself off of the GA ballot anyway. Some lose a bit with Stein being on but it’s a net positive for us. You need to take a win where you can get one.

What are you talking about?

I'll take the win with Kennedy. But I'm suspicious about the removal of the others since they are bound to take votes away from Harris.

Atlanta has always been the hub of the Southeast but ever since they hosted the Olympics, things have changed. It was a sudden influx of external money and tech types that never left because the infrastructure remained.

I don't trust Kemp. He should man up and tell the Democrats to quit attempting to interfere with the election. Just because Biden was able to remove a prosecutor in Ukraine doesn't mean that Kemp needs to accommodate the Democrats and remove ethical members of the State Election Board. But we know why the Democrats are trying don't we?

"In conclusion, Democrats are in panic because Trump will win Georgia due to the election integrity reforms of the Board, and now they are trying every dirty tactic to stop the changes from being implemented."

Brad Raffensperger, Gabriel Sterling and Brian Kemp are all as crooked as they come. They should all be in prison for the 2020 criminal election.

They’re determined to do it again.

Oh yeah... not having your address on your form to be on the ballot disqualifies you from running.

But not listing the address or giving a fake one is perfectly fine for a proper ballot.

WTF

RFK, Jr. is actively trying to REMOVE himself from ballots in swing states, so this is a positive for him.

Yeah, that is kind of funny. I am sure this is some DNC shopped judge. Did they not get the recent memo?

So they didn’t throw out libertarians or any conservative leaning parties?

The LP has in the past has been denied automatic ballot access.   Twenty six years ago I protested and lobbied at our State Capitol for more reasonable voter access laws.   I also petitioned to get a candidate on the ballot.   What a thankless job that was.

The law requires any political party to have a certain percentage of the vote in the previous election in order to be automatically placed on the ballot.   If a candidate does not have that automatic placement they have to petition eligible voters, door-to-door and have them verified as residents.   Doing the Girl Scout thing with a table at a local Kroger store will not cut it because they votes cannot be verified.

You also have to realize that Georgia does not have political party registration so both major parties have a vested interest in keeping the Status Quo.   One election, the Democrats might have the upper hand and in the next a Republican might be on top, either one from the crossover vote.
