I’m guessing the next high-visibility individual in DC to experience “plane troubles” will be a conservative SCOTUS justice.
This admin is sick.
Gorsuch is all-in for trannies. It was his first ruling as a SC Justice.
This is why conservatives need to have at least six justices on their side, because there’s always the chance one will wander on the basis of some off-the-wall philosophical oddity. (That never happens with the opposition, of course, they know what side their quinoa is margarined.)
The problem is hat the LBGT$%^& group becomes privileged and that cannot be. Girls are girls and boys are boys...you can pretend to be anything you want...but don’t force other people to be a part of your “fantasy”.
The pronoun crap takes the cake.
“Why Gorsuch went to the dark side on this ruling is unclear.”
The writer (Cullen Linebarger) is clueless. Gorsuch has always been pro LGBTQ.
It’s like when a terror attack happens. The muslim terrorist yells “Allahu Ackbar!” The investigators and reporters are unable to determine the motive of the terrorist.
So it may sound goofy when it comes to outcomes, but this may be where Gorsuch is going.
I'm still there. I think this action is more of the same. Roberts is forcing the Justices to take turns siding with the opposition to keep SCOTUS from looking too one-sided.
I suspect that there was a bit of horse-trading going on with the recent rulings between Barrett and Jackson. They are both the newest Justices and they both made surprising joins with the majority on certain opinions. At this point, I'm betting that Roberts made them switch certain votes so that the Court could appear moderate and not have the two newest Justices automatically labeled as being in one corner or the other.
We'll see, but that's where I am right now.

WTF was up with Gorduch? What the heck was he thinking?
How many Harris/Biden policy reversals have the Federal Courts handed down? It seems like quite a few.
yeah, he puts the suck in Gorsuch
...and Vice-—versa. Land whale teams.
Seems like this was a procedural vote.
A lower court had ruled against the Biden Admin. Biden Admin tried to skip the appeals process and asked the Supreme Court to intervene and reinstate the Title IX rewrite. The Supreme Court refused to intervene and sent the case back to the lower courts.
And Gateway Pundit is wrong, the Supreme Court did not strike down Biden’s rewrite of Title IX. The case will have to work it’s way through the normal appeals process.
pervs gots the sads...
"VICTORY: U.S. Supreme Court BLOCKS Biden Regime’s Sick Title IX Rule in Several States, Which Would Have Forced Women to Allow Men In Their Locker Rooms and Bathrooms – Justice Gorsuch Joins Libs in Dissent [??? emphasis added]"
Justice Gorsuch and other liberal justices are wrong about their dissent for the following basic reason imo.
Regarding post-17th amendment ratification, politically correct federal civil rights, the states have never expressly constitutionally given the feds the specific power to find remedies for sex-related rights problems outside the scope of voting rights issues, evidenced by the 19th Amendment.
"19th Amendment:
The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of sex.
Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation."
"From the accepted doctrine that the United States is a government of delegated powers, it follows that those not expressly granted, or reasonably to be implied from such as are conferred, are reserved to the states, or to the people. To forestall any suggestion to the contrary, the Tenth Amendment was adopted. The same proposition, otherwise stated, is that powers not granted are prohibited [emphasis added]." —United States v. Butler, 1936.
And when you consider that federal civil rights that protect on the basis of race are likewise constitutionally limited to voting rights problems, evidenced by the 15th Amendment, my conclusion is that probably much of the vote-winning Civil Rights Act of 1964 and its titles made by the Democratic-controlled Congress at the time are unconstitutional.
"15th Amendment:Section 1. The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude.
Section 2. The Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation."
Since worthless incumbent career federal lawmakers and renegade states have repeatedly proven that they are enemies of the people imo, it is now up to Democratic and Republican Trump supporters to effectively "impeach and remove" ALL (exceptions?) state and federal lawmakers and executives in November.
In other words, it's now up to Democratic and Republican Trump supporters to support hopeful Trump 47 with a new, Constitution-respecting Congress, new state lawmakers too, not only so that he will not be a lame duck president from the first day of his second term, but will support him to quickly finish draining the swamp.
Finally, let's not allow the anti-Trump media try to fade our memories of what we witnessed on July 13.
