I’m surprised Greenwich, CT isn’t on the list.
Surprised Atherton, Ca is not on your list.
Anyone know the 5 from NJ?
If illegal aliens were bussed into these neighborhoods the border would be sealed tight in a matter of days.
Homes here in my SoCal neighborhood keep right on rising. My 4-bedroom two bath home is estimated to be worth $1.1 million dollars. These are just a typical tract homes. A two-story house down the street just sold for $1.425 million. In 1977 we paid $74,500 for it. Just unreal.
Won’t be long until all the illegals will be dumped on the “”richest suburbs””
Your property taxes must hurt.
Summit, Tenafly, Westfield, Ridgewood and Princeton.
I grew up in #7, Hinsdale, IL Lots of interesting people there, including the Kettering family whose grandfather was the CEO of General Motors. Serious $$$$ and beautiful town. Not every9one was wealthy, though.
I’m surprised they’re not all DC suburbs.
You’re right. People with money and clout will never see an illegal though.
Property taxes in CA are limited by Prop 13.
But in Scarsdale, they can be $25K or $50K. But if you make $800K, you can pay them!
There must be some weird metric they are using. Bedford and Mount kisco where I grew up is stupid rich, but it does have its pockets of section 8 housing and a big hassidic community that probably throws off the average. There are 5-10 suburban areas in westchester that all “require” at least 4-500k to live reasonably well. And Connecticut has several such areas as wel including Greenwichl. Scarsdale has always been rich. IT’s got the best public school in America that otherwise prep-school bound kids go to. People move to Scarsdale simply to send their kids to Scarsdale high instead of forking over 60k for any of their local prep schools..
The Democrat hypocrites threw them off of Martha's Vineyard in less than 24 hours.
The wealthy know how to hide.
See Post #17. If Alpine isn’t on the list it should be.
The Maryland suburbs of DC have many very wealthy people living there, but they are not incorporated cities just parts of Montgomery county. Perhaps satisfying none of them are included
