European countries used to have up to 90% taxation on incomes above a certain level. Many billionaires now of course have their wealth already in assets and also mostly gain passively by appreciation.

But I’m not sure that I don’t at some level agree with the Bern, say, by the deca-billionaire level. I’d also close down all large “nonprofits (wink, wink)”.
