Really wanting Trump (not just the individual but righteousness as a whole) to triumph in our nation politically this November, but concerned about everything the Left (aka Satan and his minions) has up their sleeve to stop a comeback from happening. Biden’s dismal debate performance seems all too…convenient? And nothing like tuning into FreeRepublic for some good old fashioned optimism /s. So requesting some reverse psychology here. - Maybe a thread where we can recount the Biblical-natured miracles of history God has overseen against all odds on the ground. The birth of America being one.

Between the pandemic, the 2020 riots and election and OSHA mandate, a lot of people just lost their touch with reality. I also believe they “gave up” on America.
Many of these folks have fallen for the Prince of Lies. These scattered sheep cling to false prophets. A bigly number now hoist Putin or Zelinsky on their shoulders. This is why the Russia-Ukraine threads are pillars of wasted bandwidth.
But this is about God, not defeatism. A personal favorite is in this article:

“Kellyanne Conway reportedly took Donald Trump to meet Father George Rutler, the Anglican convert priest and pastor of the Church of St. Michael in Mahattan, who blessed the future president just days before his election.”
I attended several Masses via FR Rutler. He is one of the best priests ever. And not a pushover….if he blessed Trump, you can certain there was some dimension of Trump asking for forgiveness for his many sins (btw, we ALL have many sins).
Was Trump’s election in 2016 the work of Divine Intervention? I don’t know.
But Trump won the tipping point states of PA, MI, and WI by about 77,744 votes.
God’s got this.
Thank you for sharing. Prayers up for Trump’s soul, for his presidency, for the soul of our nation.
I’ve said for a couple of years that our biggest problem is McClellanism, the “whataboutism,” the “They’ll just steal it-ism.”
The Bible says we are not given a spirit of fear (timidity, weakness, indecisiveness) but of POWER and of love and of a SOUND MIND. Fatalism and depression are sin!
