Bannon thinks ‘they’ are the liberal Donor Cabal and says they have $2 billion ready to use in this election. There is no doubt in my mind that this is a soft coup on Biden. When the NYT called for his retirement, that means a death sentence for his Presidency. He cannot serve out his term because Harris would take over (according to Bannon), so, a new candidate will be picked at the DNC Convention in Chicago. It will be Michelle Obama or some other hand picked Manchurian Candidate.

What I think is in the works is voting for Hillary at the Convention as VP displacing Kamala. This solves multiple problems the Democrats have such as, no fight over the money, no more hurdle of three to five states already having laws on the books against changing the top of the ticket and the fact that most people can’t stand Kamala even on the left.
