Former president Barack Obama has called President Joe Biden to a “crisis meeting” following his “train wreck” debate performance, which is currently sending Democrats and left-wing media into a state of panic.
According to hedge fund owner and major Democrat donor Doug Kass, Biden’s meeting with Obama also involves Biden’s former Chief of Staff, Ron Klain.
Kass claims the only person holding up the “switch” is First Lady Jill Biden, who is demanding that her husband be kept on the ticket.

We all knew something would happen this summer we just didn’t know exactly what.

Obie, Clinton announced support late Friday, so this meeting is about something else, including Joe staying on FOR NOW —we can assume— given their endorsements.
Course of action beyond will be determined but needs to include at least Kamala if they want access to the 160M raised by the campaign....which they surely do.
Donors certainly won’t rush to throw money at a losing campaign and replacements (san campaign cash) aren’t likely to risk their political futures either.

I got a strange feeling they won’t switch Biden out, instead I reckon they placing their bets on a major war that will allow them enact the War Powers act. There is no way Newsom, Whitmer or Harris would have a chance against Trump - Maybe Big Mike could be on the cards? Who knows.

I don’t know if they can move the POTUS campaign cash around, but they can get their billionaires to fund a new superPAC to support Kamala’s race for CA governor. as part of a “grand solution” to keep Trump from winning.

I have long contended we would not see either of these old men on the ticket by November. To out benefit though we have a pretty decent 2nd string.
